Beach House at Red Rock boasts uninterrupted ocean views and a beachfront position nestled on the sandy shores of remote Red Rock Beach - our very own turtle sanctuary.

Enjoy access to the world-class share facilities of the Sunrise1770 estate including two 25m horizon wet edge pools, sun lounges, BBQ, cabana areas and change rooms, the perfect place to unwind by the pool whilst enjoying a family Bbq.

Every room boasts stunning ocean or natural sub-tropical landscape views whilst providing complete peace and privacy. Many an hour will be spent on the expansive deck gazing upon the tropical ocean - keep an eye out for whales passing by. The deck features sun lounges, dining furniture and Bbq.

Sleeping up to 8 people, Beach House at Red Rock has four spacious bedrooms and three impressive bathrooms, one with spa bath.

This property strictly prohibits party type gatherings and is available for respectful family bookings only. Sorry no pets

Restrictions -

This private gated estate is governed by on-site Body Corp managers who are active in ensuring regulations are met. Please ensure you are familiar with these terms and that the property is suitable for your gathering. Bookings are only accepted for families and quiet respectful people.

Regulations;

Strict maximum of 3 cars within the estate
Properties prohibit large all-adult group gatherings for party-type events, buck's nights, hen's nights, weddings, 21sts etc.
Youth groups including schoolies are prohibited.
A Strict no-after-hours noise policy applies from 9 pm. Loud music or anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated.
Strict numbers as per the registration form are permitted only - visiting guests are not permitted within the estate.
Pets are not permitted
20km speed limit at all times
If for some reason Management needs to attend due to complaints you may be asked to vacate (a refund will not be issued)
No caravans, boats, jet skis, trailers or camping permitted at properties.
