Weekend stay

Fantastic location, great house but mattresses were too firm and quite uncomfortable. Also needs new shower heads fitted to the property and Aircon in the living rooms would have been good for the price you pay. Otherwise really good!

perfect position and house

Dont panic is a large comfortable clean home - its perfectly located in a gated community and a 20 meter walk to glorious Agnes Water beach. The north facing balcony extends the living area. Its an ideal home to share with extended family.

Great destination

This is a beautiful property in the perfect setting. Living areas, kitchens and bedrooms are really nice, kitchens had everything we needed. Both the house and surroundings are exactly how the photos look. A couple of things that need definite attention however I'll mention them to the property manager as not worth mentioning here to distract from this awesome property 🙂

Perfect location

Don’t Panic house is in the perfect location for a family holiday . With direct access to the beach and close to the shops we couldn’t have picked a better spot. The house it’s self was very accommodating for our group, plenty of room for kids, teenagers and adults. There were a couple of maintenance issues which was noted and hopefully will be fixed before it’s booked again.

A poorly managed faded beauty

We had saved up long and hard to afford this holiday. We paid for a premium property because we felt as though we needed and had earned a premium holiday. Instead, the break was beset with issues. A very dangerous front step caused by rotting boards, missing lights and globes throughout the house, superficial levels of cleaning, a hot water system that was variable at best, a dishwasher that didnt wash dishes properly, a BBQ that had broken dials, incorrect wifi passwords, broken and missing remote controls, broken water dispenser in the fridge/freezer -the the list goes on. We raised the issues straight away with the property management company but it took until the penultimate day of the holiday for someone to visit and even then they only attended to a couple of the highlighted items. The location of the property inside a gated community and adjacent to the beach is second to none, its a huge shame the management issues detract so badly from the experience.

Not good value for money

A once beautiful home in a fantastic location. The house is run-down and was dirty on arrival - dirty floors, used tissues under beds, sand in beds etc. The dishwasher doesn’t work, many broken fittings, shower fittings corroded up so hot water system wouldn’t work properly - had to get plumber. Boards rotten in front entry deck. These are just a few of the problems. For the price charged, expect the home to be in beautiful condition. Very unhappy with the home. Location, neighbours and Agnes Waters - beautiful.

Stunning House, Shame about the Wifi

Beautiful house in a great location. Disappointed with the wifi. House is marketed with free wifi. We were given 10 x 5 hour vouchers of which none worked. Went back to PRD and were given more vouchers of which none worked. My 2 teenagers were far from happy and I feel it is false advertising.
