We had saved up long and hard to afford this holiday. We paid for a premium property because we felt as though we needed and had earned a premium holiday. Instead, the break was beset with issues. A very dangerous front step caused by rotting boards, missing lights and globes throughout the house, superficial levels of cleaning, a hot water system that was variable at best, a dishwasher that didnt wash dishes properly, a BBQ that had broken dials, incorrect wifi passwords, broken and missing remote controls, broken water dispenser in the fridge/freezer -the the list goes on.
We raised the issues straight away with the property management company but it took until the penultimate day of the holiday for someone to visit and even then they only attended to a couple of the highlighted items.
The location of the property inside a gated community and adjacent to the beach is second to none, its a huge shame the management issues detract so badly from the experience.
