The primary bedroom has a queen sized bed, AC, ceiling fan, TV, double closet area, a sliding door that leads outside and its own private bath. The 2nd bedroom has a queen sized bed, as well as a bunk bed with a twin trundle underneath and is also en-suite with AC, ceiling fan, TV, closet space and sliders. The 3rd bedroom/den has a queen bed, AC, ceiling fan, TV, closet space and a little office area. The updated kitchen is fully equipped and features all newer stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven and blender. The new dining area is light and bright with comfortable seating for six. You will find a grill and a comfortable outdoor dining set on the deck, perfect for taking advantage of the beautiful views. *For the 2025 summer season the daily pass rate is $25 per adult and $10 per child (ages 6-15). The weekly pass rate is $80 per adult and $40 per child. (Children 5 and under do not require a pass).
*Sponsored Guest Passes include daily/weekly access to Arbor and Fletcher Pools, Fletcher Cardio Center, and scheduled Children's Activities throughout the Villages. Tennis & Pickleball (Fletcher: $20 per hour/court; Bay Pines: $24 per hour/court).
*Pool passes are not included and must be purchased separately during your stay. The Ocean Edge Resort Golf Club controls the distribution of passes, collection of fees, use and operations of all amenities. All are subject to change without notice.

Smoking is not permitted. Tenants are not allowed to bring pets.
