Footsteps away from one of the most beautiful PRIVATE beaches in cape cod bay. You have access to Pilgrim Pines’ neighborhood private beach. Fabulous spot for families and friends to enjoy. The flats of Cape Cod bay are like none other! You’ll love relaxing at the house after playing all day at the beach and soaking in the Cape Cod air. The flats of the bay are a PERFECT place for kids and families to run around and play. The house has been in the family since it was built, and was just renovated in 2018. Brand new kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, flooring, outdoor shower, and family room. 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom upstairs and the same 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom downstairs. Great for 2 families to share. Get ready for a great get away!

Why they chose this property

This house was built by my grandfather. I grew up on the beach and want to raise my kids doing the same.

What makes this property unique

You will fall in love with the beach. It is 500' to the beach and only those in the neighborhood can use it. Everyone knows each other and it is such a great place to bring the family.
