Comfortable three bedroom (plus study with single bed) family home with full amenities. Large secure back yard. Short walk to town centre. Close to Rail Trail. Ample off-street parking. Pool table, table tennis available. Outdoor setting under the beautiful fig tree.
Three double bedrooms, single bed in study. Note: vintage furniture, so two out of the three double beds are high off the ground so may not suit those with mobility issues. Two bathrooms. New induction oven in kitchen.

We stayed for two nights as we had a wedding in Flowerdale. The house was very clean and conveniently located to the Yea shops. Definitely recommend.

Yay for the Yea Fig tree house!!

Relaxing getaway for the family. Melissa was a kind, gracious and generous host. Loved all the kitchen equipment and had to play one more game in the games room before we left!! We will surely come again!!

Girls Trip at Fig Tree House

We absolutely adored this place and want to come back. My friends and I had our girls' trip here this year and it was incredible. From the start, the communication was fantastic, quick and friendly. The house is beautifully decorated with so much character, and all the appliances and facilities are as advertised. We used the laundry, kitchen and bathroom with no problems. We loved visiting the Yea market and the community atmosphere in town is lovely. We had a wonderful time together in the house, everyone slept well and the furniture is very comfortable. I recommend this place very highly, especially if you're someone who appreciates attention to detail and a cosy atmosphere.

Great vic rail trail bike ride

The house and shed worked out great for our ride plenty of room, quiet and warm ,great beds,kitchen and family room The shed was great for us to leave our bikes locked in overnightEasy 3 block walk ot shops 4of us spent 3days riding 200 plus kms on the rail trail

Melissa was great to deal with, answering promptly and making up all beds when our numbers increased. The house is older but had lots of sleeping options.

A review of the Fig House.

The Fig House was very comfortable and included everything we needed. It was a short walk from the main street of Yea. We had a most enjoyable time there.

Family function

House is very eclectic making it a little musty and dusty. Was very comfortable and facilities were good. Beds were interesting with 2 of the beds very high off the floor no good for people ether mobility issues. Suited us Ok. Thank you so much good value for money.

Everything you could need has been provided

I have never stayed in such a well appointed house. All the appliances were in excellent condition and nothing was missing, we even had sharp knives which is very rare to find in a holiday rental. The house is very comfortable for a group travelling together and a great location for riding the Great Victorian Rail Trail.

Good stay

Loved the property. Had a few elderly people with us and found it hard to get on the beds. A bit too high for them. Otherwise everything was good.

Yea Fig Tree House

Lovely homely property with plenty of room for 6 adults & 1 toddler. Plenty of heating, quality kitchen electrical & crockery. Only issue was the height of the beds 2nd & 3rd bedrooms for older people are a bit high to get into. Othewise we enjoyed our stay. Thankyou!!

Such a great place to stay

We had a lovely week cycling the Great Victorian Rail Trail. Having a lock up garage was particularly helpful with the bikes each night. The house was clean, warm and really well equipped. We loved the kitchen and how warm the bedding was. We'll book again.
