The kitchen has a large walk in pantry, that leads into the laundry area. And there's plenty of room in the secure back yard for children to play.
And to also add to the appeal of the home, it's pet friendly! The home is fully fenced & secure for your dog to run around. There's no need to holiday without your beloved pooch, as they're fully catered for to also have a lovely getaway.
And all only being a short walk into Launceston's CBD, the famous cafe strip of Charles Street & the Launceston General Hospital.
