Sandcastle Condominiums' Unit 306 is a cozy, efficiency condo located on the third floor that is ideal for up to 2 guests. Your mind is sure to feel at ease once you enter this adorable unit, complete with natural hues that are complimented by a gorgeous view of the Port Aransas beach.

The open floor plan ensures that you will not be lacking any space to lounge in after a long day on the water. The kitchen is complete with custom, granite countertops and wooden cabinets along with all the cookware, silverware and flatware you will need to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner during your vacation. There is seating for 2 guests in the dining area. A stainless steel dishwasher, refrigerator, and plenty of counterspace make this space the avid cook's dream. A coffeemaker is also included in this unit- perfect opportunity to enjoy your morning coffee in the breakfast nook.

The living and sleeping area double as one in this efficiency unit. The plush, king bed ensures a fantastic nights' sleep along with two swiveling, barrel chairs that are perfectly placed in front of the windows overlooking the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. There is also a flat-screen, SmartTV to enjoy Netflix, Hulu or your favorite streaming app on. This unit has crown molding throughout to bring you that luxury feeling.

Perfect little condo

It’s was perfect for just us two! Right on the beach. Beautiful pool. Great price. Close enough to restaurants that we got a golf cart just for the experience!

Great stay and convenient proximity to the beach.

Condo was nice and proximity to the beach and beach road access was very convenient. Downsides were 2/3 elevators were broken most of the stay, and the walls were very thin. But the pros outweighed the cons - would recommend to anyone looking for an easy place to stay at the beach.

Close to beach

It was great for just the two of us for 3 nights. We ate out a lot so the minimal pans and only 4 dinner p.lates and few silverware didn’t matter. Beach location and view was great. nice pool.

We were very pleased with our condo. It had a wonderful view of the coast and was an easy walk to the beach. The staff we encountered was friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and well maintained. We would book it again.

Great views leave you speechless

The property was great. Abigail at the front desk was so helpful. The pool was great. Live music at the pool was a nice unexpected touch. So close to the beach with private access walkway. Definitely recommend.

Weekend Trip

Property was really nice, easy access to beach, and nice pool. Room had great view of beach. Just bring extra blankets and pillows. Blankets on bed are really thin and pillows aren't comfortable.

Perfect Vacation Getaway

This was the first vacation my husband and I had taken together in our 8 years of being married. IT WAS PERFECT. The location couldn’t have been better. We felt very safe & secure we were comfortable leaving our stuff on our cart we rented. We are looking forward to coming back to stay.

Nice. But not a Condo

First this is not a Condominium, it is a Hotel with a full kitchen. A Condo has at least one separate bedroom and a living area with usually a sofa. This unit has everything in one room, just like a Hotel. But other than labeling the property incorrectly everything was great. Very clean, walking distance to the beach, great parking and just far enough from town to where it was quiet at night.

We enjoyed our stay but some things could improve

When we got there our room wasn’t ready for an hour after Checkin. For what you pay for these properties that shouldn’t happen and we had milk and cold items waiting in the car. This property has full kitchen but the whole unit had a 2 gal trash can. Other than that we really did have a great stay. It’s right by the ocean with a gorgeous view and a convenient walk to the ocean.

Improvements Needed

Although the room was neat & clean, we had a couple of issues. The freezer should be checked because in the middle of the night the fan came on & sounded like it was defrosting. It appeared that it may have iced over. There was nothing in the freezer. The volume on the TV would not stay set. It kept going down during our movie & we had to continually adjust it. After an hour we just cut it off. The elevators were out of service once again, so unless these are repaired, we will not be returning. We tried to watch TV on Sunday evening at 8:30 & it would not operate/turn on. We called the front desk, maintenance was gone for the day. Very disappointed.

Awesomeness!!!!!

Front desk was friendly and helpful , very welcoming. Parking was perfect and the room was more than we could have asked for. Very comfortable, clean and just all around cozy. I would have like a 50 inch TV on the wall but definitely not a reason to complain. I really have no complaints. My wife was soooo happy which made me happy. Perfect few days we will return and stay longer. Pool was great! Loved everything!!!!!!!!

Small and Cozy

Room was nice and cozy. The pantry was not operable and couldn’t get to coffee maker ☹️The room was clean and maintained well. Only area that needed additional cleaning was Inside sitting chairs, they had chip crumbs from previous occupant. Overall we had a great time and plan on visiting again.
