The location on the beach was awesome! Accessible and amazingly clean. The host contacted me on my first day because she thought she had a leaky faucet. She did not, but made herself available on her personal phone. The condo was comfortable and immaculate. We enjoy cooking and had all the amenities necessary for our home-cooked meals. We would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to and watching the waves. Easy access to the beach. Liked the location away from the busier part of the island. Quick drive back into Port A and Corpus. Thank you for a lovely stay.

This place was great - the beds were comfortable, the condo was spotless, and the location is great - literally a 2 minute walk to the beach down a private access. The pool was clean. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a good location for us to take day trips to different birding locales, but it is a bit removed from the main town of Port Aransas. The furniture was workable but kind of cheap. Didn't have any real issues.

Condo stay

Condo was a good location and as expected. Clean and the unit is well maintained. But the entrance from highway 361 is dangerous and has no lighting to indicate entrance, no signage and is not maintained.

Fun in the sun before the summer crowds

Enjoyed our second stay at this property in Grand Caribbean in Port Aransas. Quiet, comfortable, clean and great view of the beach and waves. Only thing needed was a sign to let us know we reached the address. There is no property sign except on the building. The drive to the property and entrance are not lighted which is difficult at night. Otherwise it was a great stay!

Wonderful time on the island.

Facility was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed sunrise from the balcony one morning with entertainment provided by a group of seagulls. Highly recommended.

Ocean View

This place was perfect for our family vacation (6 people). The condo is very clean! You can see the ocean from the condo, and can hear the waves from the balcony. I cooked every meal so the kitchen was nice. It’s a short and easy walk to the beach. The pool is next to a natural area which was very relaxing. The pool was very clean with shade and lounge chairs. Overall the complex was well kept. Lydia was very responsive when we needed anything. We definitely look forward to staying again!

Birthday Weekend

The location of this property is perfect! The condo was super cute! However; when we arrived, the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes & there were no trash bags in the trash cans. No biggie. The bigger issue was the plumbing. The tub & sink in the 2nd bathroom drained very slow until the sink stopped draining completely. It was gross and unusable. I would verify the plumbing issues have been resolved before I booked a reservation.
