Luxury Estate set over 2 acres w/ Tennis Court

Set over 2 acres of manicured gardens, Bunya Bunya Estate is a six-bedroom historical homestead perched high on Glenvale, and within 10 minutes to Toowoomba CBD. As soon as you drive up the paved driveway, you will be transported to a different world, replete with tranquillity and the sounds of birds chirping. You will first be greeted by the 200-year-old Bunya Nut tree. Inside is a tastefully renovated historic homestead with luxury furnishings throughout, an oversized deck and a tennis court.

MAX occupancy of 12 adults + 2 infants in cots. You MUST bring your own porta cot for infants.

The Tennis court is fully fenced and child/dog proof. All six bedrooms have king beds and luxury bedding. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room boasts a wall hung 75 inches Smart TV, and at the rear is a second living/den. Also features a kitchenette with a second full-sized fridge in the sixth bedroom, ideal for those seeking privacy from others. Plenty of areas to hang out, or have a picnic on the grounds overlooking the valley and the rolling hills. The property also has a fish pond with 25 live Koi and goldfish, so please keep dogs/pets away. Has an ancient Bunya nut and Fig tree to bask under while reading a book. Feels far away from everything yet 10 minutes to the CBD.

You will have access to the entire 2-acre estate

We CANNOT accomodate early check in or late check out requests due to our cleaning team requiring the time to ensure the place is ready for next guests. If you require early check in and late check out, please book the entire day.

We booked this property for a girls weekend tennis tournament - the court was the obvious draw card and did not disappoint. Very spacious home with comfy beds throughout. Quite chilly in winter - large home with aircon only in the kitchen and one bedroom. Kitchen could have been better kitted out - eg good bbq but no bbq tools but nothing we couldn’t work around.

Lovely Property

Perfect for our large group. Super comfy beds and excellent facilities. Loved the huge deck and tennis court. Plenty of room to spread out. Host was very helpful and check-in/out simple.

Incredible getaway

This property surpassed all our expectations. A spacious, clean and beautiful home which included so many creature comforts. It had everything we needed to make our stay completely comfortable including a full stocked kitchen. The property was well maintained, the tennis court & second family area was perfect for the teens and the deck was even better for the adults to enjoy a quiet drink and conversation. Would definitely recommend and book again.

Great Accommodation, But.......

The property size and layout was excellent for our families needs during our stay. Sadly the fact the house is very large resulted in the property being very cold, as the heating was inadequate for the size. And don't expect to use the featured wood fired BBQ and pizza oven as these are inoperable and the wood fired heater does work, however you need to supply your own wood. Sadly the communication with the host was not satisfactory. We raised several simple messages in the lead up to the stay which went unanswered. This left us concerned that the booking was actually legitimate and resulted in a call directly to Stayz the day before our stay. There are other properties in Toowoomba that suit large families and as such i would look at these first before coming to Bunya Bunya and dealing with Ruchi the host. Overall experience was 2/5.
