Your beach house rental is located approximately  2.8 miles north of the North Topsail Beach high rise bridge or 11.5 miles from the Surf City High Rise Bridge. You’ll love the peace and quiet here!  Visit the Sea View pier or drive to nearby Surf City or Snead’s Ferry (just off the island) to visit restaurants and shops.  Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island’s past.

Smoke Free - No smoking allowed by anyone on the premises. 
No Pets - Dog Free! No Cats by Tenants! All Tenants must sign an additional form from the Owners agreeing to the strict "No Pets' policy.
Unfortunately, early check in is not available at this property. 
Rents Weekly Only (7 nights) - Saturday turn day.
Fireplace in the living room is not usable.
