New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.

This airy and serene three-bedroom oceanfront condo in the much coveted resort of Villa Capriani on North Topsail beach offers a spacious living area, a fully-equipped kitchen with pristine white appliances, and a balcony from which you can admire a truly magnificent view of the Atlantic ocean.

A step through the glass french doors to the balcony off the living area will offer you a spectacular view of the beachfront and sparkling ocean.

If serenity is what you seek, sit on the furniture on your private balcony to watch the sun rise. You may also walk out to the beach with your morning coffee to see the day begin if you wish. With a close look, you will see dolphins peacefully swimming by, or an early morning pelican swooping down to the water to catch its breakfast flounder.

Prepare a meal at the shared grill picnic area or in your well-equipped kitchen. After your meal, walk to the pool area and enjoy a dip in the crystal clear water, warm yourself in one of the hot tubs, or relax with your favorite novel on one of the many lounge chairs that surround the pools. Return home where comfort abounds. Gather in the living room for board games or a movie. Then, retire for a restful night's sleep in the beautifully outfitted bedrooms.

Ok, minus the urine odor.

The condo was very spacious and kitchen well equipped. There was a urine odor in the kitchen and living room that was disgusting.

Great Vacation

3rd straight year at Villa Capriani and 2nd straight year in this unit. Ocean front views, clean, and open floor plan. Kids love the pools, hot tub, and the beach. So easy to bounce back and forth between beach and pools. Restaurant on site is very good. Also, the ocean depth does not drop off right away so comfortable as you can be with the kids in the ocean.

The views were fantastic; other guests were friendly and helpful. Very family-oriented. Grounds and outside of villa look fantastic but the interior hallways look dirty and need cleaned and or painted. Newcomers in our group were astonished to see how nice The Villa was on the outside but the interior hallways certainly did not reflect the same.

Lovely oceanfront condo

Our family of 8 loved this spacious oceanfront condo. It was exactly as pictured with a balcony so you could easily see the beach & hear the ocean waves. Had 3 bedrooms with a total of 3 queen beds, 2 twin beds & 2 rollaway beds in a closet. The rollaway beds have a 3-inch pad, appropriate for children. Kitchen was well appointed with dishes/silverware, toaster, blender, dishwasher, detergent, & paper towels. Bathrooms had adequate towels & included toilet paper. There was one restaurant on site with delicious food and excellent service. We enjoyed the large pool & hot tub. There were 2 smaller pools and 2 hot tubs. We would enjoy staying here again.

Villa Capriani 215-A

Pros: Great location. The condo was beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped. Cons: The door leading to the patio would not open. The rental agency was notified of the problem as soon as we checked in and asked to repair the door and we received no response from the agency. Also had to wash the comforter in the master bedroom due to what looked like dried snot on the blanket. :(

Anniversary Trip

Unit was well stocked. Ocean front. Several doors would not open. Balcony was not clean and in disorder. Kitchen and baths were clean but unit had a great deal of sand and dirt. Very spacious unit. Doors to balcony need curtains since the glare from the ocean is so bright in the morning. Almost makes the room unusable until noon. Roku TV is very difficult to use and the TV in the master bedroom simply would not work. May be batteries in the remote. Wifi was extremely frustrating, constantly either not working or timing out.

It started off when we got here and could not access the room with the passcode they gave us it was in the evening. My family was tired, my baby girl needed her diaper changed. The after hour Service finally gave us a code that worked so we got into the room at 10 PM when we had arrived at 8:30 PM. My wife and I immediately noticed that there was black mold all over the shower curtain in the master bath there was a cockroach on the ceiling and only one of the three TVs actually worked. There was also various other things that was disappointing; for example, the light above the range under the microwave was not working. The rugs were filthy. The place looked like it was not clean very well and every evening we took our showers there was never enough hot water. We told the after hours person about the issues. The next day the shower curtain was replaced and the lightbulb was fixed over the range. I asked the service tech why our passcode didn’t work or the second passcode they gave us. He said, “if the internet is not working then the front door cannot be unlocked using a passcode.” so I asked the gentleman how are we getting in with the third passcode? He said, “because the after hours lady provided you with our employee passcode .” Carolina Coast Retreats asked us to fill out a survey during our second day and we explained all of this and requested a call back, but never received one. Called the office the next day was told somebody would call us back that never happened
