Tidewater 301 is a beautifully appointed three-bedroom, three-bath corner unit offering stunning Gulf-front views from the 3rd floor. Tidewater is conveniently located in the heart of Orange Beach, close to top attractions, dining, shopping, and entertainment.

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

*Does not apply to monthly reservations, and some activities are seasonal
Due to recent incidents of credit card fraud, we have implemented additional security measures to protect our guests and ensure a smooth check-in process.

We had a great experience everything was clean and well maintained. The garbage disposal did not work and the dishwasher seened to back up into the sink a little bit.

Everything was great. Couple of things that might need to be checked on is the light fixture on the fan in the front bedroom, I could not seem to get it to come on, probably just needs a bulb. Also, I had a hard time figuring out the working on the shower in the master, the shower and faucet ran the entire time while in use, maybe user error or lack of knowledge. Also maybe add to the listing, and maybe I over looked it, but mention that the complex does not allow items (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards) to be placed outside next to the door, we received a warning. They were not obstructing the walkway as they were neatly up against the wall but we moved them inside.

Convenient location, easy access to condo and parking. Would recommend earplugs or a noise machine for anyone staying in the front bedroom. Trash chute was right beside room and people throw away trash all hours of the night. Who knew?! Other than that, everything was great!

Beautiful property and easy access to the beach. Friendly staff and very helpful. Close to Sweet Cone Alabama which was super delicious, and not far from Mikee's which had all you can eat crab legs, but go early because after 4:30, the line was out the door. Our family enjoyed everything about Tidewater 301. The only thing that we could have said about improving our stay was the coffee pot hadn't been cleaned in a while and someone's socks were left under the curtain in the master bedroom. All three bedrooms/ bathrooms were a plus though. Loved our Tidewater stay and we will definitely use Tidewater again. Thanks for making our mini vacay GREAT!

Nice condo

Had some trouble with the door code when we got there, called the number provided and they gave us a new code, floors were dirty, hair in showers and sand on the couches. The location was great though.

Amazing spring break location

Location was right by the beach, has a great beach access with rinse station. Condo was clean and had lots of kitchen amenities. We would definitely return.

Great Condo!

We shared this 3 bedroom condo with another couple for 6 weeks and it worked great. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was super convenient. We were located close to activities and restaurants. The building was kept up really well and the beach view and access was perfect! The unit was mostly equipped well for everything we needed for our stay. Our only suggestion…It would have been nice to have a better working vacuum so we could keep the floors cleaner during our long stay. We would highly recommend this condo for families or multiple couples.

Great place!

Great beach view/access. Everything was clean and they give you plenty of towels and enough supplies to get started. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed if you want to cook. The only thing I wished was different is the amount of parking passes allowed. It would have been nice to buy a 3rd pass since my kids are driving age and we had 3 cars this time. The parking lot was mostly empty but we still had to find alternative parking for the third car.

Loved Orange Beach!

The location was perfect. The corner unit gave amazing views of the beach and ocean. Easy access via either elevator or stairs. We will definitely be back!

Great place and great location

This condo is awesome and in a great location. Our family of five with two adult sons was able to stay comfortably in this three bedroom condo. I can’t imagine there is a better located condo. Not only is it right on the beach but there is a grocery store within short driving distance and several restaurants nearby. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need.

Always enjoy saying on the beach

This was our fourth time staying at this facility, but our first time in this unit. As always before, everything was outstanding. The condo itself was well-furnished and had everything needed for a great week’s stay. We would certainly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a great experience in OBA.

Would not stay here again

Overall my family had a nice trip to Orange Beach, but we would not stay at this condo again due to the cleanliness and routine updates/maintenance needed. We observed mold filling up the inside of one of the bath tub nozzles, an air vent, and on the jets of the spa tub in the master bath. It smelled a bit off when we got in initially so my husband was able to check the ac filter and it was definitely in need of replacement. Also, if we went outside on the balcony barefoot, our feet were coated in a black substance. A toilet was running pretty continuously too. I did bring some of these items to the attention of management while we were there and they did respond quickly and asked if they could come address some of the items while we were there to which we said no as we didn’t want maintenance in and out in our vacation, especially since we had napping age children. Thankfully most of our time was spent at the beach, but I generally felt uncomfortable in the condo due to these things and just made me wonder what else wasn’t regularly kept up.
