***Upcoming Balcony Construction: The South Elevation Project is scheduled to take place from September 16, 2026 through February 5, 2027. Work will be completed in phases throughout the north balconies, with specific units affected at different times. Construction noise and activity should be expected during the project, and the schedule may change due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. The pool will also be closed during designated phases of the project. The 01 stack for 301 will occur from November 23rd - January 1st. All Balcony Furniture must be removed during construction on your balcony.***
