Welcome to Mermaid Retreat at Harbour Club located on Heron Drive on the bayside on 120th street in North Ocean City. This beautiful, well-maintained two bedroom, two bath condo is conveniently located on the 1st floor where you'll have your own courtyard for outdoor dining and storage for beach gear. Lovely updates throughout make this beachy condo a great place to spend your vacation including the fully-equipped and modern kitchen with stainless appliances with a Keurig coffee maker, remodeled bathrooms, and charming living and dining areas. The property has three televisions with cable service and wifi to keep you connected during your stay. Accommodating up to 8 guests, the bed sizes include a king in the primary bedroom, a double over double bunk bed with a single trundle, plus there is a double sleeper sofa in the living room. Amenities in the Heron Harbour community include a wonderful outdoor pool (typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day) and tennis courts. The location is in a quieter bayside area, but not far from the beach, and close to Northside Park and the Food Lion shopping center and a number of great restaurants.
Guest must supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. There is a washer/dryer in the condo for your convenience.
Rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any three nights in the off season. Non-smoking. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

Quiet and peaceful

Excellent location, tucked away on bayside and close to community pool, Food Lion, and shopping stores. My kids really enjoyed the pool and riding bikes in the parking lot. Comfortable beds, everything was very clean and I loved the decor. Washer, dryer, ice machine, dishwasher all worked great. Patio with high privacy fence was enjoyed for meals. Will be back

It was a great stay. Pool closed for the season and in indoor amenities are not available to renters. Disappointed but had plenty to do in spite of that. Kids loved it.

Birthday celebration

Family trip to celebrate our sons 18th birthday. The condo was beautifully updated. Very clean and cozy. Courtyard was great! The condo is situated at the very back of a huge housing complex so they are no view’s except the parking lot. That said, it didn’t matter because it was very quiet and peaceful.

First Family Vacation

Our stay was absolutely amazing, with 2 kids with a large age gap, we really took advantage of the short distance to the pool, beach and shopping centers, Our stay felt sooo homey, our oldest was obsessed with the bunk beds, the little enjoyed playing outside on the patio, overall it was a fabulous, enjoyable, relaxing and comfortable stay, we are DEFINITELY COMING BACK NEXT YEAR.

Great Location & Fantastic Condo

The stay was very inviting and comfotable. It felt like being home. We were able to cook all of our own meals which saved money and we were able to spend quality time as a family at the pool and beach. We would love to stay again!

Great Family Place at Ocean City!

We have a family of 4 with young kids and this was our best OC stay yet. Had everything we needed to make it a great trip. Outside patio and table were a great place to relax for meals/drinks. Two bedrooms each with their own bathroom and open common area adjoining to kitchen that wasn’t huge but was enough room for us. The area is great - quiet, clean, nice landscaping, community pool, and walking distance to nearby stores and restaurants. We’d definitely stay again. Only thing that could be improved is a little more is the light in the common area (just needs a standing lamp).
