Three levels of living in this immaculate home, with comfort as the standard

The interior is contemporary, complimented by serene neutral colors.

The first level is the open concept living area: living room, dining area and kitchen complete with washing and dryer in a private nook just off the kitchen.

The sliders off of the living room open up to a deck with seating that can accommodate 6.

With five bedrooms and 3 baths, there’s space to comfortably accommodate you and your family:

The first bedroom is on the first level along with bathroom (not attached).

The primary bedroom is on the second level features a an ensuite bath.

The remaining three bedrooms are on the second level.

Just steps to the lower level you will be pleasantly surprised to find newly renovated indoor recreational space which includes an indoor bar and wide screen tv.

The outdoor amenities will amaze you. There is a private fenced yard. A large outdoor seating area. An indoor/outdoor bar. And of course – amazing water views.

Float in the cool water, try your hand at crabbing off of the dock or simply enjoy water views both day and night

If you prefer nature you can go to Stafford Lake and enjoy a nature walk or any number of events that the community offers there

If it is adventure you are looking for – it is a quick car ride to the “Mainland” (part of the Holiday Inn) where you can enjoy zip lining, go karts, an arcade and much more!

If you prefer beaches, mini-golf, amusement parks, a lighthouse, groceries, shopping, restaurants, etc. it is just ten minutes to the heart of LBI (Long Beach Island)

Great family vacation

Beautiful house for a family with plenty if space. Really enjoyed that the entertainment area with the indoor outdoor bar. Great location close to bay with ample parking. Definitely recommend
