Penthouse en el segundo y tercer piso, con hermosas vistas al mar. Segundo del océano con acceso directo a la playa en la esquina de la propiedad. Tranquila calle de vecindario con océano en un extremo y parque de la ciudad, con parque infantil, mirador y playa de la bahía en el otro extremo. Propiedad que admite mascotas con espacio para 3-4 aparcamientos. Aire acondicionado en cada habitación y sala de estar principal. Dos terrazas en la azotea con vista al mar y a la bahía.

The location was perfect with views of the ocean and bay. We loved the proximity to the ocean beach and bay park for both sunrises and sunsets. The house had everything we needed.

Cozy old school beach property from days gone by. Can't get much closer to beach without renting a high dollar McMansion. Quiet street. Terry and Emma are very nice and available.

Awesome Week at the Beach!

This home was the perfect rental for a week at the beach with our adult children. The beach is about 100 feet from the driveway, and Terry and Emma were the perfect hosts!

Annual LBI vacation

Homeowners are very accommodating and pleasant! Very comfortable and cozy beach house. Enjoyed our stay with our lifelong friends, our granddaughter and our dog ! Look forward to future vacations......... relaxing at LBI!

Beach Vacation

Great location! Loved the bay park across the street for our teenagers to fish or play ball. The house was clean and had plenty of space for our whole family plus extra. There was plenty of room for parking 4-5 cars. The owners were very kind and friendly. The whole family had a great time and would definitely stay again!!

Really enjoyed our stay here in Harvey Cedars, so much so we got to extend our stay! Absolutely loved the area , steps from the beach and one block from the bay with beautiful sunsets (and playground for the kids!) . Also a few minute drive in either direction for delicious coffee and seafood. The house is very charming and I personally love that it had that old school , nostalgic beach house feel. It felt like I was home. I also am always grateful for dog friendly places because our doggy is a member of our family and she got to enjoy vacation too :) . The hosts Terry and Emma were very responsive and kind and the neighbors have also been very sweet. I would absolutely come back in a heartbeat.

Great week

Our extended family had a wonderful week at this property. We were steps from the beach and the surrounding neighborhood was pleasant. Besides the ocean, we were close to the bay where we saw a concert and watched the sunset. The owners were downstairs, friendly, and available. The house was clean and I enjoyed the master bedroom at the top level.

Location, Location, Locatiom

Location is perfect .. two houses to beach, a block to Sunset Park, and less than two miles to Surf City or “downtown” Harvey Cedars for food/drinks/ice cream. Ample parking for at least four vehicles. Place is cozy, but definitely adequate space in bedrooms for (2 ppl per room). Dining area and third floor decks are nice with plenty of seating for housemates. Owners are exceptionally responsive and accomodating.

Good location on crowded LBI

We were very pleased to meet with the owners who responded very promptly to some specific needs. The upper level bedroom is perfect with marvelous ocean views. The lower level living area and kitchen are very nice, but he bedrooms and bath are tight in terms of space. Tenants must bring their own sheets. Be advised to bring king-size sheets for the double beds. We suggest that a tea kettle be added to the kitchen equipment.

Disappointed

Time with family is always wonderful, but the beach house was disappointing. Lack of furniture on the roof deck made it uncomfortable to be up there. Misleading info on VRBO web site. Said house had 5 bedrooms and then reading on 4 bedrooms! Very confusing

Great Old School Beach House

Nice, quiet location in Harvey cedars. Beach is very close and even on a July 4th holiday, the beach was not overly crowded. Owners very nice and responsive to any issues. The only downside is it is a 2nd floor walk up and if you have family members with mobility issues, it is problematic. But if you are a family with kids/teens, this really is a great place to stay

Short walk to the ocean and great views

This house is perfectly located with a short walk to the ocean and bay. The ocean views are great. This is definitely the selling point of this property. We had plenty of space for 7 people and a small dog. The bedroom air conditioners worked ok but could use new filters. The dining room air-conditioner was sub par (loud and didn't work great). Large dining room table for family dinners. Great master bedroom with ocean view . Kitchen had everything you'd need. People should be made aware of the many steps to get into the rental and the very steep steps to get to the third floor. There is a large deck overlooking the ocean. The umbrella that was provided was meant to be used on the sand, not at a table so it was useless. More comfortable furniture outside would help make the deck experience so much better. Also, a few chairs and maybe table around the bbq area outside would be nice as there was no place to sit outside. The outside shower was not great. We are usually not so descriptive about our issues with a rental property. However, anyone who is planning to rent this property should be aware of what to expect as the price does not reflect the expected quality.

Great location to the beach. Courts down the street by bay for sons playing basketball and tennis. Overall great week for the family even the dog!

We had a great week of sun beach and family fun! The location is ideal.

The home was perfect. Everyone had their own space. We had fun together on the decks and on the beach. Would definitely rent this property again.

Don’t rent this property

House was dirty, when it rained owner gave us a bucket to collect water leaks in dining area, mold and garbage inside lid of indoor trash receptacles, bed sizes were not correct on listing, we brought the wrong size sheet, outdoor shower was dirty and unusable, Had to put covers over furniture because it was not clean, dining chair was falling apart. . location only redeeming quality.

location, location, location!!

The house was the perfect location for a beach vacation. Steps to the beach, was able to come back to house for lunch very easily! The upstairs deck was perfect to see the ocean. The house definitely needs updating, but it was perfect for what we needed. Terry and Emma were great; very helpful!!

classic beach house charm

This was our 2nd year staying in this Harvey Cedars rental. Classic beach house charm. Quiet neighborhood and steps from the beach! Beautiful ocean views. House has lots of room, everything we needed. Love the 3rd story master bedroom with deck and bathroom - away from the kids below Owners are very welcoming and responsive to any questions. They also allow dogs. Northern part of island has lots of restaurants and is away from the busyness of beach haven but close enough if you wanted to go there. LBI shuttle passes frequently. Highly recommend this property and definitely would go back.

A Wonderful Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. The location was perfect, located right off the beach and within easy walking distance to Sunset Park. The house was quite comfortable and the upstairs bedroom was beautiful with an amazing view from the deck. Just the kitchen can use some attention. We had a wonderful family vacation.

Days Gone Bye

The property has the charm of what LBI used to be in the 60’s not like the multi million dollar Mic Mansions on the island today. Nothing special here very basic just a relaxing quit space to enjoy the ocean view from either roof or dining room. My whole family enjoyed the stay very much. My only concern was I saw no smoke detectors in the property I would suggest at least one on each floor. Maybe they were there but I just didn’t see them. Don’t be a afraid to rent this one you’ll get your monies worth but if you want all pomp and circumstance spend a couple thousand more to impress your guests. BTW The owner is very nice and very accommodating too he fixed a broken hose same day within a very short time once he was notified. Rent and Enjoy
