Cozy home on the water. Pet friendly and just a 5 minute drive to LBI beaches!

Relax with the family at this peaceful home on the water. Our home sits on the lagoon 2 blocks from the LBI bridge. 5 minute drive to the beaches and a boat ride away to open water. When you are not visiting LBI beaches fish or go crabbing off your own private dock off the backyard or sit outside on the deck and enjoy the fresh air and beautiful views. We have a fireplace inside and 2 firepits outside and a hammock. Room for a large boat & we have a floating jet ski dock. Visit Bay Village, Fantasy Island, Thundering Surf Waterpark, Surflight Theatre,Tuckerton Seaport, & more!

It was a great place to have our senior dog, Ellie, with us. The yard is totally fenced so she could safely explore outdoors. There are lots of amenities and outdoor equipment available for summer fun! Unfortunately, our stay was in winter, but the house was warm and cozy. Perfect place for our Christmas celebration!

The location was great. When we walked up to the front door to enter the storm door handle was on the ground and had to put back together to get into door. We should have turned around and left the property as soon as wee walked. In the place. The whole house reeked of dog urine and musty it was not clean. Stains on carpets upstairs. The electric baseboards were disgustingly filthy and filled with hair. It took several hours with the windows open with a breeze for the smell t9 somewhat go away. One air conditioner upstairs was plugged into an extension cord!! Highly dangerous. Half of the table lamps had no knobs on them, so you couldn’t turn on a lamp. The couches were filthy, put towels down to sit on. I would not recommend staying here. Also, she filed a false claim with the insurance company saying we damaged the TV and that is completely false. We were at my sons wedding all weekend, not watching tv.

Absolutely Wonderful Fall Getaway

The house is wonderful. Very clean and very very family friendly. The backyard was perfect to just relax and have cup of coffee in the AM! Lots of places local to grab something quick and a quick drive over the bridge to the beaches!

Perfect for families!

This is such a cute property that has all the things you need for a vacation rental. The backyard is completely fenced in, so the kids and dog could run around and play without us worrying about them falling in the water. The dock had crab traps available, but we also brought our own fishing gear to fish off the dock. The house was very spacious and filled with all the comforts of home. The one bedroom downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs were plenty for the 6 adults, 3 kids, and a dog. One full bathroom was downstairs while the other full bathroom was upstairs. The downstairs area was great for all of us to be hanging out while we were making meals or relaxing after the beach. The trip to the LBI is super quick and easy from this location. The host was also very responsive and easy to contact. Definitely a great place to stay. We loved it so much that we already booked again for next year!

Relaxing

Our stay was short but very relaxing, loved 1st flr open area allowed to stay together but not on-top of each other. Beautiful waterfront setting unfortunately due to the weather at the time we could not take full advantage of using the area. The location is close to the main road, very easy to get in and out as needed. We found both the interior and exterior clean and well maintained + well stocked with needed essentials. The Host was very easy to get in touch with for any concerns or needs. We look forward to future bookings.
