Relaxing Vacation

My husband and I had a great stay in Eden. The condo was very nice and relaxing, we played mini golf almost every night and enjoyed time at the pool and hot tub.There were also some nice walking and hiking trails not to far from the condo that we ventured. The people in town were all super friendly and welcoming as well.

Very Good Ski Location

This unit is very convenient to 3 ski areas especially Powder Mountain. Good for one person or a couple on a ski getaway.

Overall was a very good stay. I usually leave the maid a tip but in this case had to do some chores so I figured it was not appropreate. I'd definately do this again

Place was comfortable. Minor stuff like maybe a coat of paint on the doors in the bedroom to hide all the chipping would have made a big difference in the overall appearance. All in this was a good little condo at a great price.

Great place

Unit was clean and comfortable. Easy access to hot tub, sauna and clubhouse. Only 2 miles to groceries, gas and restaurants. Powder Mountain is only a few miles away. I’d recommend to friends and family.

Great stay

This was the best value for an inexpensive stay while boating at the lake. It’s an older unit so they only had an air conditioner in the main room, but they did provide a fan for the bedroom. They have updated a few things, but it’s still pretty old. They decor is cute and the mattress was wonderful though. The shower was hot and overall we enjoyed the place. Maybe if they added a portable AC unit for $75 that you can fill with water in the bedroom it would’ve been perfect during summer stays

We had a rough stay. The pool was closed for the whole time we were going to stay because of a cleaning issue. The condo was a good size, but quite dirty, with food stuck on plates, TV not working, stained sheets, cupboards and baseboards dirty. We decided to leave early. The management company was very responsive and helped us get a refund quickly.

The condo is fine; but only fine. No AC which is tough in August. The owners have made some nice improvements, but doesn't appear to be done just yet. We went home a day early.

Much better then a hotel

Hotels are more casual in providing a night stay. If you want to feel more at home and have the convience of staying home instead of eating out to save money, then this vrbo is for you. Not only do they provide living space but they have dishes, great internet, communication, and extra things in case you run into an emergency without an item. It felt like choosing a home and being provided with enough things to continue to move in. It was a great spot for nature lovers then going to a hotel on the other side of the mountain with all of ghe buildings and cities. It felt private and quiet. It was awesome to be at this location after getting married in Layton.

Overall good. Says it sleeps 4 but you'd never fit 4 adults which was fine for us. Key pad on front door didn't work so we had to use spare. Right front stove burner didnt work. Otherwise great location and we had great weather while we were there, we would return.

Nothing “chic” about it, older and unclean condo, wouldn’t stay again

Condo wasn’t clean. Pots and dishes were put back in cabinets with food / residue on them. Scuffs / dents on walls, paint peeling off doors, tile edge in bathroom was coming apart. Sliding glass door in bedroom didn’t lock. Hot water heater didn’t work at one point and the property manager was difficult to get a hold of, we had to reset circuit breakers to get it to work again. Overall displeased and wouldn’t stay here again.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:– We're addressing your concerns with the cleaning team to ensure dishes and cookware meet high cleanliness standards.– Renovations have been scheduled to take care of the scuffs, dents, peeling paint, tile, and sliding glass door.– When you reached out about the hot water, we responded within an hour and were actively working to get a technician on-site on a holiday weekend. A technician was en route when you let us know the issue was fixed by resetting the circuit breakers.Thanks for sharing your experience, as it helps us continue improving for future guests.
