This exceptionally, well decorated ground floor 2 Bedroom, 3 Bath Condo offers easy access to the pool and beach with quiet privacy when returning to the condo. Enjoy breakfast, lunch and evening meal on the private covered lanai overlooking the garden and well-manicured landscaping.

This Beautiful Condo features the highest quality furnishings for your comfort by International interior designer Philpott's and Associates. A luxurious kitchen includes upgraded appliances (Sub-Zero Refrigerator, Wolf Cooktop and Oven, GE Plus Microwave and Dishwasher). Luxurious furnishings including Travertine tile in the kitchen and bathrooms, mahogany doors, closets, crown molding and trim, Drexel furniture, and three flat panel wall mounted televisions with DirecTV Cable service and High-Speed Internet.

The beds proudly claim a "Heavenly Beds" logo assuring you the best possible sleep. The Master Bedroom Suite has a King bed, a writing desk, full size dresser and a Master Bath with its own tub for luxurious baths and a separate shower.

The second master bedroom also has a King bed and a master bath of its own, with a soaking tub and a third bathroom with a shower. There is a queen size sofa sleeper that brings accommodation up to 6 people.

There is Central AC in this condo as well as full size washer and dryer for laundry!

This world class resort is perfect for couples and families offering two and a half acres of tropical gardens among the Fantasy-like Pool area. Guests love lounging in the lazy river, splashing in the pool, relaxing in one of three sand bottom Jacuzzis or sliding down the two water slides. There is also a poolside Bar and Grill. All this overlooks the azure ocean.

A beach walking path runs right past the resort for miles in both directions - ideal for early sunrise strolls, biking and running.

Everything is within walking distance: pool, beach, ocean and spa. Convenient access to shopping centers and all recreational activities. Restaurants and shops are right across the street, with a Starbucks, Long Drugs, and an Ice Cream Shop nearby!

Minimum stay is 3 nights; except for Holidays, when there is a minimum stay of 7 nights.

Amazing stay!

This condo was in the perfect location, at an amazing resort, and had the best layout for my family and I! We loved the dual-master suites, nice appliances, and the host was able to accommodate our request for a pack’n play for our baby and early check-in! Would definitely stay here again!

First hawaii vacation with little one

This was the perfect place to stay with 2 families who each had infants. The pool area is amazing and there is lots to do close by. Would definitely stay here again

Lots of Room and Great Vacation Spot

This place offers a great space to vacation with family. The resort has a great bar and dinner menu. Our kids enjoyed the pool area with the water slides and different types of jacuzzis. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful summer family vacation!

Our family (2 adults, 2 kids) had a lovely stay here for a week! The location is great for exploring Kauai; we were easily able to get to the north shore, southern beaches, Waimea canyon, and Lihue. The unit and building are well maintained and the kids absolutely loved the pools and water slides!

Perfect Location for a Perfect Vacation

This is a wonderful place to stay!! We had easy access to many different types of amenities: pool, beach, shopping, and restaurants. The condo had everything we needed when we wanted to stay in. When we communicated with the property management, they were quick to reply. We highly recommend this property and plan to return in the future. Mahalo!

Loved it!

The location is awesome - shopping and restaurants were all within walking distance. The unit was extremely clean and very well equipped with all the small and large appliances needed. Candace was an excellent host and quick to respond to any of our needs. This was our second time at the Waipouli Beach Resort and we can’t wait to come back again.

Best family gathering bringing Dad back to his childhood memories!

The property was amazing and location accessible to have all stores across the street! The unit we stayed in was AMAZING! Corner downstairs unit, so it was easy to load and unload from the parking lot. The perfect amount of space and bathrooms for 5 adults. The kitchen was modern and organized, plus the stackable washer/dryer was very useful. I loved that each room had a sliding door to the lanai! The closeness to the pool was perfect, and a few steps further we were on the beach! We will definitely be back!

Love the resort.

This is our second time here. We love the resort, pool and location. But our place this time was a little misleading in the pictures. We thought we were pool side. Was not. And every morning at 5:30 we would be woken up by a big bang on the wall of our bedroom from the workers loading and unloading supplies. We will definitely not be staying in that unit again.

A little taste of Paradise

We love Kauai and the central location of Kapa’a! This was our first time staying at Waipouli Beach Resort and it did not disappoint. The condo was spacious had a well stocked kitchen and plenty of room for our family of 6 and was cleaner than other places we have stayed in Kapa’a. We appreciated the ground floor location and ease of access to the parking lot, especially when unloading our stuff after a long day at the beach. It is also right across the street from Safeway which is handy for groceries. The pool area was awesome! We had a large family group staying here and kids ages 3 to 20. They loved the water slides, the waterfall cave and the 3 hot tubs and the beach. Our unit had 4 beach chairs and a cooler which was handy. Check-in was easy and our stay was lovely. We will be back!

Great Property and Location

This property was in a great location with conveniences nearby. The beds were very comfortable and the owners were very easy to work with. The only negatives were that the beach was not really swimmable with the current and reef and that there are not a lot of amenities in the kitchen for use. There were pots, pans, etc., and salt and pepper. It made for a lot of purchasing of other supplies. It would have been helpful to have a few of the essentials on hand. We tried to be helpful to the next tenants by leaving extra cleaning pods, sugar, etc. to help them on their way. There was an issue with the shower and the tv the first day, but a quick call to management and they had someone there to fix it with no problems!

Disappointed

First off- let me say that we LOVE this resort. Don’t put off staying here…Just not this particular unit. Upon first entering, and each subsequent return to the unit, the musty smell is very noticeable and unpleasant. Your clothing will absorb the smell as has the sofa. The picture frames with matting are dotted with mildew. We opened up doors to get fresh air which does help. A review of our experience would take too long to explain, but be aware that the manager has no concern for guests.

Great Stay in Kauai

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very Convenient stay. No check in, everything was ready and clean. It was nice having a full washer and dryer and full kitchen with had plenty of cookware and utensils. The higher end appliances were nice, but I don't think most people fully use them as we even had to buy Salt. Pool and grounds were awesome. This is a great place to stay.

Great Condo

We love the two KING beds with en suite bathroom. The full size kitchen and living room space make it nice to reconnect after a days activities and wind down. Full size washer and dryer are very handy! Right on the beach!! Get up and watch the sunrise! The Oasis has a great electric ukelele player (Aldrine Guerrero).
