Minutes from Port Dover Beach, Golf Club, kayaking down Black Creek into Lake Erie, walking distance to nature trails, 12 minute stroll to beach, shops and restaurants!

Turkey Point Beach - 20 minute drive

Oasis Beautiful

A very comfortable home with an amazing backyard. Great for socializing. The outdoor bar, fridge, and gazebo adds a whole new dimension to the backyard. A very comfortable home, and a very good location. We would definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay for 4 nights. The outside property is incredibly spacious. Plenty of sun or shade options and a lovely pool. The house itself is very well appointed and very comfortable. We loved it!

Our stay in Port Dover was perfect. Michelle was the ultimate host and made sure we were well taken care of. The property has everything from a large house with many bedrooms, big screen TV, washer and dryer but best of all the outdoor space is the amazing. We spent hours in the pool and on rainy days we sat outside under the many covered areas on the pool deck. Michelle even brought us a basket of fruit which was really appreciated. The neighborhood is gorgeous and we walked it each night. We liked it to the point we called a realtor about an empty lot for sale. Beautiful host and peaceful neighborhood.

Beautiful Property. Great Time.

6 adults and 2 kids. All family! August 2024. we had the most relaxing and fun time. The property is absolutely beautiful. We spent 90% of our time outdoors by the pool. We felt like we were on a resort. It was fantastic. The host was beyond amazing. We are already talking about returning.

Port Dover house

Our family spent a wonderful 4 nights together at this house. The pool and deck area were so calming. There was lots of space for 8 of us and we could be spaced out. Lots of shade too if you didn’t want too much sun. The house was sooooo nice. Lots of space for us to spread out but could all eat together at the large table. The kitchen was well equipped. It had everything we needed to make our meals. We would definitely rent this place again.

Four Generation Vacation

This was our second summer vacation at this house with 7 adults and a one-year-old and a two-year-old. This is such a great place to stay that we had to come back! It is lovely inside and out and very spacious with lots of room for all. Everything is clean and organized. We enjoyed family meals at the big table which was also great for card games in the evening. The heated pool is wonderful, and we all enjoyed swimming. Of course, we went to the beach at Port Dover so that the babies could play in the sand with their pails and shovels although I have to say that the pool remained the favourite activity. We had no issues although I know if we had Michelle was there ready to assist. Thanks for a great vacation!

Pets

We are a family of allergy’s, highly allergic of cats. At some point we believe there must of been a cat in the house. We all suffered within 10 mins of being in the house. On the description of the house there wasn’t mentioned about a cat, so maybe the last guest had a cat and house wasn’t cleaned well enough, we did see cat hair on the kitchen chair and under the table when the light was shining in, also on one spot of the couch. If they have a cat it should be mentioned in the description, if not the cleaners need to do a more thorough cleaning. Our health started of not good but, we all carry our medication and inhaler . So as long as we used our meds we were fine and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were able to chat with the owner of the house and she is delightfully sweet and an inspiration to ours. I would definitely rent this more again, great stay for a family/ friend retreat

Oasis in port Dover

This was a fantastic property. We stayed over the canada weekend with 7 adults. Michelles home is beautiful and very well designed. The rooms and bed are very comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and spacious. The back yard space is is truly wonderful. We loved hanging out in the salt water pool. There was so many places in thr back ard to sit an chat. You never feel like your all on top of each other. There is tons of space to spread out. Lots of chairs, loungers and benches.. There is a full table so you can dine outside. Plus the land scaping is gorgeous. There are really tall trees and bushes . It makes you fell like you're in you own secluded world when you are in the pool. This place was really close to town and the beach as well. There are lots of areas you can visist. Plus the great thing is that becuse you are close to a big town you can get groceries delivered to the home from RCSS. That saved us the hassel of doing a big shop before coming to the cottage. It really was a great place tostay. This was my fist time using vrbo and the quality of his home far surpasses other places i've stayed in before. I cannot recommend this place enough.
