Spacious 3 bedroom cottage, sleeps 10, 4 mins to beach, 6 person sauna
Welcome to ‘All Decked Out’, the perfect place for you and your family/friends to make memories while in Turkey Point. This cottage boasts all the luxuries of home all within a 4 minute walk to the beach. Spend summer days enjoying the beach and in the colder temps enjoying the 6 person cedar sauna. The backyard boasts a massive deck that features a covered lounge space (with TV!) and outdoor dining area along with fire pit.
Recently built, the entire cottage is yours to enjoy. It has 3 bedrooms and a full bath with tub upstairs. The main floor has a full bath with shower and open concept living and dining space. Washer/dryer available on the main floor.
Discounts available off-season and long-term stays. Please reach out!

Private driveway with room for 8 cars.
Fire pit and benches are in the back, please bring your own firewood.
Other things to note
We are happy to host you and your group and we ask that you treat our home like you would your own.
- Smart TV with Netflix, Prime, etc- log into your own profiles. Fibre Internet is provided.
- Kitchen is full stocked; plates, bowls, utensils, glassware. Other minimal things like salt and pepper, olive oil, condiments are there to use. There is a small grocery store 5 minutes a way (with LCBO) or other large box/grocery stores in Simcoe.
- Coffee maker and filters are provided.
- Linens and Towels are provided; please bring your own Beach Towels.
- Fires- please ensure there is no fire ban on during your stay – neighbors are very protective of their cottages and will not hesitate to report illegal campfires; fines start at $1,000
- Septic tank- the cottage is on a septic tank. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper (diapers, tampons, etc.). If a back up occurs, it will cause a very unpleasant stay as it may take time to resolve the blockage.
- Lock box entry for self check-in.
Finally, it is a condition of the regulations that there is a cleaning service provided after your stay. Please leave the cottage in a tidy state with everything put back in its place.
