Year round lake house with a spectacular view of Lake Erie. Wake up to amazing sun rises Boat launch available. Central to beaches in Long Point or Turkey point as well as several elite wineries and craft breweries.1 bedroom in main cottage with a separate private bunkie that has a queen bed. Cottage is newly painted and furnished. Fully appointed kitchen with granite counter tops. Bedding and towels provided. Due to an unfortunate incident I am now having to charge a damage deposit.

Karen was very easy to deal with. Great communication. The kitchen was well stocked and the rental was very clean. The entire process was easy. We had a very relaxing few days.

Very clean, area was private, peaceful and quiet.Had a good time one the water with boat easy launching and close. Very calm and relaxing. In the lake house all was available for cooking, bbqing, and a fire and additional items, just in case we forgot. Very thoughtful. Goodtime. Best stay we have enjoyed.

A lovely home. Furnishings, decor, and fixtures are clean and modern. The bedding and towels were very nice and ample. Bed was very comfortable. Everything needed for a home away from home was provided and in good repair. Utensils / cookware, kurig, etc...all provided.The outside space was very comforable with lots of seating and a shaded area. The view of the water is lovely. There were a lot of steps to climb to enter the home, which was a bit challenging for loading / unloading our things, but manageable. Overall a lovely stay and a very responsive and friendly host. I would return here. Thank you

Wonderful spot!

Such a lovely quiet spot. Tastefully set up to welcome guests. Everything there you could possibly need. Lively outside spece as well.

Karen proactively reached out once we have confirmed the booking to let us know a few pertinent bits of info and she was very responsive to all texts. Great place!

10/10! Wonderful, quiet spot with a great view of the lake. I had such a nice time there. The outdoor space was wonderful too. I was there for a couple days to go birding. Lots of amazing birds there and at places nearby. Karen was very nice also. I would definitely stay again!

Great home!

Clean and well equipped. Everything you could have possibly thought of was in this home and everything was of great quality! Well well equipped kitchen. From spices to wrappings and plenty dishes and pots and pans. Our family enjoyed it here and was in close vicinity to a wedding we were attending. Highly recommend

The steep stairs are not for everyone but the property had a lovely view and it had all the amenities you would ever need. No beach within walking distance, but a short drive to Long Point to beautiful public beach is worth it.

Lovely cottage in a great area!

We had a fun stay in this beautiful cottage. Everything we could possibly need was included. The beds were very comfortable and my friend just loved the little bunkie. People were very friendly in the area, I even had a flat tire as I picked up a nail on my drive there and the neighbours helped me inflate my tire and got me to a mechanic close by. It only took about a half hour out of my day and made it so it didn’t stress out our trip. Will definitely stay again!

Fishing trip

Very nice place. Direct access to the marina was nice as we brought the boat. Unfortunately the fish were not very cooperative but overall a great getaway

Great to be Alone

The property was exactly as shown. Nothing over fancy. The part we loved was the solitude. The disappointment was the view was not what I had hoped for (just more boat docks to look over than I imagined.). The hosts were spectacular at communicating! I would go again! Fun simple day trips to farms and wine tasting. Not the hurry of an over planned vacation.

problems with the second bedroom

The view on Lake Erie was nice despite the heavy rain. We arrived in the dark so we had real difficulty to find the second bedroom. There was no hint that it was outside the apartment, upstairs somewhere.

Nice stay at Lake Erie!

Close to beaches and wineries! Beautiful cottage; very well stocked with everything you need and more!!! Nice view of the lake. Stairs to cubbie are a little more challenging.

Home away from home

Perfect spot, conveniently located close to all the amazing amenities Norfolk has to offer. Cottage was incredibly well-kept, clean, and a wonderful home front for our family getaway.
