Chateau Dumont is located in downtown Aspen, only one block from the Silver Queen Gondola. Condo amenities include a balcony overlooking the complex courtyard with views of Aspen Mountain, a dishwasher, a laundry closet, a breakfast bar, a formal dining area, and flat screen TVs. There is a wall-mounted air conditioning unit in the living room.
