In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 5, the maximum allowed occupancy is 12, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 5.

This luxurious Kiawah Island vacation rental features five bedrooms, a private pool, and sweeping views of Osprey Point's 16th fairway. The home is an easy 10-minute walk from the beach.

Upon entry, you will immediately notice the picturesque golf views, abundant natural light, and elegant architectural details. The main living space offers plenty of comfortable seating, a wall-mounted TV, and access to the screened porch and pool deck. Enjoy preparing meals in the stunning, fully-equipped kitchen. Open to the living and dining room, the kitchen allows easy for easy conversation flow and features top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, shiplap ceilings, and a center island with a farmhouse sink.

Recharge during your vacation in one of the home's five well-appointed bedrooms. All bedrooms have attached bathrooms and TVs. On the first floor, you will find a luxurious primary suite with beautiful golf views, a king-sized bed, and access to the screened porch. Equipped with a soaking tub, a walk-in shower with a rain shower head, and large vanity, the spacious private bathroom is spa-like and serene. Ascend the staircase to discover the four remaining bedrooms and bathrooms. The first is a spacious bedroom with a king-sized bed and window seat perfect for reading or simply enjoying the golf views. A bedroom with two queen-sized beds, a bedroom with one queen-sized bed, and a bedroom with one double bed complete the home's sleeping quarters. A second living area is also found on this level.

The home's fantastic outdoor living spaces invite guests to relax in utmost comfort. Whether dining al fresco, taking a swim in the pool, or lounging on the screened porch, guests may soak in the beautiful surroundings throughout the year.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Please note that this property has an exterior security camera that views the home's front entrance. This camera serves to protect both the property owner and rental guests.

The dimensions of the pool are approximately 11' W x 23' L. The pool has an electric heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for an additional fee of $75 per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available. Contact us directly to add pool heating to your reservation.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $400. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!
