Inside, a generously sized great room with soaring ceilings, surrounded by two-tiered windows on three walls, takes advantage of the inspiring marsh views. There's a gas fireplace to one side and an open dining room to the other. The oak hardwood floors extend into an expansive, functional kitchen with a sunny breakfast nook, windows over the sink, and a glass door leading to a new sunroom with vaulted ceiling. The gas cooktop set into the center island is also new, and double wall ovens, two dishwashers, and an expansive Sub-Zero® refrigerator offer plenty of capacity for family gatherings. Both the sunroom and living room open onto a wide sundeck extending the width of the home. The highlight of the back area (aside from the amazing views of the marsh!) is the beautiful brand new pool and cabana area. The pool can be heated for $175 per day, four day min. Also on the main level a spacious master suite, tucked away in the corner for privacy. When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.
