Great location! Just a 4 minute walk from Tideways Beach

Enjoy a leisurely 4 minute walking distance to Tideways Beach in this solid brick 3 bedroom modest family beach house. Recently refreshed, the house offers sleeping for up to 6 guests.

Bedroom 1 and 2 each have a queen bed whilst Bedroom 3 has two single beds.

There is a main bathroom with shower and toilet and a separate w/c with a 2nd toilet. There is also a private outdoor shower.

Relax by the fire in winter or enjoy undercover outdoor dining in the warmer months. This home offers plenty of outdoor lawn area for cricket and there’s a basketball ring for the kids as well. Undercover tandem car port for 2 cars.

Kitchen includes new Westinghouse oven, induction cooktop, fridge/freezer and microwave. Outdoor BBQ.

Fully fenced across all boundaries so kids and dogs are safe.

No dogs on furniture or beds. Strictly no parties. This is a very residential area and we need to respect our neighbours.

In 1 word Unkempt

Went with my best friends , visiting from overseas. The carport looked like a junkyard. There were cobwebs outside and inside the rooms with spiders.The bathrooms wouldn’t drain , dirty piles of blankets, kitchen and microwave so dirty with a lot of expired and spoilt food inside, all furniture fully covered in dirt, and the floors not vacuumed for a long time .We couldn’t lock the doors when we went inside. For the amount of money I paid, I expected at least clean linen for the 4 people I booked for. I will definitely not recommend this property to anyone , unless the place gets a thorough cleaning and makeover.

Lovely stay great location only thing I could say is just a couple if surfaces could have been wiped as sticky with spillage. Very minor as I found a cloth to wipe. Regards Sharon

Perfect Getaway

The location is close to the beach and local shops. The house itself was perfect. Comfy and the fireplace was an added bonus. Large front and back yard so would be great for kids. Clean, spacious and would definitely stay again
