The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.
Reviewer Comments:
The unit was in ok condition, it needs a lot of work to update the unit. The sliding doors are very old and hard to open and close. In the living room the slider has a step up that is dangerous and I tripped on it the first time going out to the balcony. Needs fresh paint, and window coverings. The floor didn't seem clean when we arrived as there was sand on it. The nice ladies in the check-in office could not describe to us how to find the unit, so that was a bit frustrating. There are no signs by the street that display the building and unit numbers for our building from the street. We had to finally call the office back, and the ladies couldn't tell us where the unit was with directions, so one of them came out and guided us to the building and unit. A simple map with highlighted directions to the building would have solved that issue very easily.I would not recommend this unit, but would look for one that has been updated. Overall, we did have a good time other than having to leave early due to the tropical storm, and didn't get a refund on the last 2 days of our visit. That hurt the wallet!! Will try a different unit next time.
