New to the Rental Market!

5201 Hampton Place is a beautifully decorated one bedroom and two bath villa. It is located on the 2nd floor with a stunning ocean view looking over lush greenery.

Upon entering the villa, you will immediately notice the unique white onyx floors and all updated furnishings. The fully equipped kitchen features stunning quartz countertops, mother of pearl backsplash, and top of the line stainless steel appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area which features a table that seats four, this open to the living room with a queen sleeper sofa, loveseat a 65 inch smart TV. There is a sliding door that leads out to the main balcony which also connects to the bedroom.

Off the living area is the primary bedroom which has a king-sized bed with new Beauty rest mattress and a smart TV and a sliding door for convenient balcony access. The luxurious master bathroom features a double vanity, large glass enclosed shower and soaking tub.

The Hampton Place complex features an adults only lap pool, large community pool, hot tub, children's pool, gas grill, covered pavilion with tables for enjoying an outdoor lunch in the shade!

No pets are allowed at this property.

**Please note that the entire complex (North and South Buildings) will be undergoing a large-scale construction project from approximately 10/15/2025-4/30/2026, depending on and unforeseen circumstances that may arise. This will include painting of hallways, corridors, and optional replacement of oceanside windows and doors. There will be machinery and workers on site which can cause periods of brief noise. All amenities will remain open and operational during this time. Feel free to reach out to our team with any additional questions.

Mid-November 2025 to Mid-March 2026 (Dates are subject to change)
This project, undertaken by Hilton Head Island/Beaufort County, is vital for protecting the shoreline, maintaining a wide and beautiful beach for everyone to enjoy, and ensuring the long-term health of the coastal ecosystem.

Great location!

Long weekend away. Apartment was ideal and nicely decorated. Easy access to beach, pool and restaurants. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Awesome Condo! BUT....

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the condo, and location. But our check in experience was less than wonderful. The welcome center desk customer service lady was curt and spoke as if we were checking into a strict Army barrack instead of a vacation. We arrived early and was told we are not allowed on the property until 4pm we understood that but the confirmation email from the resort said we could go and enjoy the amenity's as we waited for our room to be ready, she insisted that was not true even when we showed her the email stating that very thing. As she rattled off a 10 minute list of DO's and DONT's with a firm "YOUR CAR WILL BE TOWED AWAY IF THIS sign is not present in your car window. Maybe a kind word would have been nice to be given but there was NO warm and fussy feeling here. We made the best out of it, once we arrived in the condo we even called about getting a few more towels at the condo there we not many there they inform us there is a $35.00 charge for a small set of towels, this was 2 bath condo with just 2 hand towels and 4 bath towels small issue but maybe the condo owner could supply more for their guest stay. Also a designated parking space for the unit would be a nice part to as to the underground parking was always full. Not sure we would be back.

Dear Linda, We are so sorry to hear about your less than welcoming check in. That is not the tone we wish to set for our guests upon their arrival to our amazing resort. Unfortunately, we do have to go through the Do's and Don'ts as they are not always intuitive and we want to be able to protect our guests, but we totally understand that the delivery is as important as the information! The towels provided in each property is determined by the amount of people each property can sleep, which in this case is 2. We are charged by the cleaners for additional set ups, and do have to pass this charge along. As a rental company, we do not have the ability to designate parking spots in a residential building, but we agree that a reserved spot per property would be a nice touch! We will certainly pass this along to the correct people for consideration. Please do reach out to management if you would like to speak to someone about your check in experience. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fabulous time at the Hampton Pl., Palmetto dunes resort in Hilton head. The villa we stayed in was immaculate with beautiful views of the yard, deer strolling through every day at dusk, and over the trees we could see the ocean waves rolling in. Amazing. Sun rises every morning on the beach and just a serene place to stay. We enjoyed our stay so much playing pickle ball every single day and discovering this part of the country that we have never visited Before. We definitely want to come back.
