Perfect location for all things Theme Park. We had a wonderful stay. Check-in and Check-out process was very easy. All necessary items were provided in the apartment (including soap, tabs for the dish washer and tide). Some things need a little touch up (outdoor cushions, kitchen ), but overall very nice apartment with beautiful view!

This place was amazing!!! Very clean and spacious!!! Had all of the amenities that we were looking for! 2 pools, hot tub, and a little pool for the children! We had 2 balconies, one in the front of the condo and one in the back! The view from the balcony in the living room was amazing!! It over looked the lack and was perfect to watch the sun rise!! Host was easy to communicate with! Family friendly, our little man loved it! Perfect location not too far from Disney, Universal, stores, even the beach!!! We will definitely be back!

We went on a Girls Trip to enjoy the Epcot Food & Wine Festival. It was a lovely weekend! There was a chance of the weekend being a wash out but it was beautiful. When we woke up in the morning we were able to catch the beautiful sunrise over Lake Bryan. The space accommodated 5 ladies and we enjoyed our time there. This was not my first time staying at Blue Heron Beach Resort. It is close to the parks and yet off the back balcony it feels like your somewhere else!

I gave a 4 for an overall rating due to a few basic items not working or missing: one remote was missing so had to share, soap in bathrooms was basically water, front door card reader battery ran out and we were locked out (we went to Disney Springs anyway so not really an issue, but it could have been). Throughout it all, the host was very responsive and kind.

Fantastic Condo

My 8 year old said he wanted to live there. I had to agree. We had 3 adults and 2 kids there and never felt cramped. The kids loved the pools so much they almost didn't want to go to the attractions. It was an easy trip to all the places we visited (Sea World and Universal) as well as the airport.The unit was spacious and clean and in great shape.I highly recommend it.

Great location

Me and my sister went for a long weekend visit for her bday. We wanted something convenient to airport and amusement parks. This place nailed it. Farthest drive was 7 miles to Universal Epic. Disney Springs was like 3 miles away and pretty of great places for dinner. Loved the pool and views.

The rental suited us well enough for sleeping purposes and the pool area was great! I giving it 4 stars because the living room area was dirty in areas-with mold on the windows and dirty areas on floors. The bathroom had issues with draining. If you can look past a few of these things the place is great!

Nice Place

We have stayed at the Blue Heron 3 years in a row and this particular rental meet all our needs. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 is we had to provide our own toilet paper when the supply ran out did our 6 day stay

Best Condo Vacation!

This condo met all our needs. It was so clean, so well stocked, so nicely decorated, and the view of the lake was great. The location was perfect for the parks and other activities like Discovery Cove. And the pool was large and warm. Loved it! I hope to stay again.

Great unit

Everything was perfect. Fantastic location with about a 10 min drive to everything Disney! The tiki bar by the pool was nice for a cocktail. Pool looked great but no time to use it.

Perfect fit for us. Great location. Easy to get in and out to all of our activities and very accommodating while we were there. Very spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, plenty of space, warm pool, pretty basic for cleanliness and supplies

You are as close to Disneyworld as you can be off property, it worked great for us to take a Lyft each day. The physical size of the unit is excellent, the pool was warm and the kids swam in the nights even though it was cool (January, rainy). The stove needs to be replaced, the elements weren't totally working but we were able to cook. The cleanliness was good enough but not 5 star. Supplies for showers were there, but kitchen daily basics were not ample. Dish soap got delivered after a few days, also after we purchased online grocery delivery - paper towel, dishsoap, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper we needed to buy supplies for our 9 day stay by day 2. There were no oven mitts. Pool towels and towels in good supply, but not enough blankets to use the bunk beds, it was too cold. Very safe location, no concerns and some shops on property/ directly nearby and walkable. I would stay here again, staying here allowed us to stay longer and more park days at Disneyworld.

Great location

We stayed in the condo a bit over a week and a half and the experience was great. The rooms are clean and properly maintained. There are great views from both balconies. The condo is located within 5 minutes of Disney springs and some great outlet shopping as well.

Family Summer Getaway

Great condo for a family stay. Location, services and amenities were top notch. Spacious enough to take a break from the kids and enjoy some peace and quiet. The lakefront access provides a change of pace from the grind of amusement parks. Great stay.
