2025 Snowball Rd stay

Met our likes and needs

The condo was pleasant and.nicely furnished. Supplies were good, ample bedding, towels and kitchen items. Convenient location and we would recommend and rent there again.

The room was very clean. There were plenty of options for activities at the resort. I loved having separate bathrooms. It felt very safe at the resort.

Everything Was Perfect!

Our condo was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities- 2 outdoor pools, hot tub, and 2 fitness rooms. Adir was a very gracious hostess and really thought of everything we could possibly need during our stay.

Great Thanksgiving and Birthday Trip

The owners were great hosts. The place was just as listed. (The property is awesome) We enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to book with them again. My only “issue” I guess you could say was the bed in the bedroom was very noisy when you sit on it, roll over in your sleep, etc.

Great condo with lake view

Beautiful condo with a great view of the pool and the lake, and only minutes from Disney. I really enjoyed having morning coffee on the balcony enjoying the view. The kitchen is well equipped and the towels are fluffy. Condo is very clean, which I appreciated. The property owner is very thoughtful and attentive and made sure our stay was perfect. I would book this property again next time I'm in Orlando!

Two seniors on a little break!

This was the perfect place! Eclectic furnishings make for a stylish and fun atmosphere. The mattresses were great! The perfect home away from home, with every amenity you need and smart technology to go with it. Adir was readily available and so accommodating. She met us upon check in and gave us a tour and all the information we needed. Our experience was exceptional. We hope to return in December and plan on staying here again!

Very good stay for 2 people

Overall a very good stay with only a few MINOR critiques.Good:Very close to the Disney Parks and only about 10 minutes from Disney Springs.The resort was very clean and check in process was very good.There are several restaurants that are within walking distance.The pool and tiki bar were nice and friendly.The view is great.Less than ideal: (really nitpicking)The living room really only has one couch and enough room for 2 people. This was fine for us but could be an issue for anything more than 2 people.The toilet in the master bedroom runs after flushing, very noisy.The room is on the 4th floor directly above the pool. Very noisy and the pool doesnt close untill 11. The bedroom is on the other side of the balcony so sleeping was fine. The dryer doesnt work very well.The road in front of the hotel is very busy and traffic is horrible.The parking garages have very limited parking. We had a great time in Orlando and most of the critiques are really nitpicking. I would recommend others to stay here.

One Word-Outstanding

We highly recommend this unit which was exceptionally clean and well equipped and we had good communication with the owner. Lots of little touches made this unit comfortable and user friendly, including good quality cooking utensils, clean appliances, including a washer/dryer, great linens and even very nice toiletries. The balcony was the perfect place to dine while watching the activities on the lake or in the pool and the pool bar, which stayed open until 11pm, was great for grabbing a meal or beverage. The Blue Heron staff was courteous and professional. Be sure to check out the view and fireworks from a high floor. Thanks for a great stay and we hope to return.

Great property

first off let me say the property and adir were amazing. We had a fantastic stay for the most part. Adir was very accommodating and checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Unfortunately we had a small mishap with a drink in the bedroom that caused some stains and that caused us to lose some of our damage deposit which is totally understandable. Where the trip went sour for us was when we were bashed repeatedly for an empty cigarette pack that was in the trash can. I realize the condo is non smoking and for the ENTIRE duration of our stay we always smoked outside and kept an ash try outside to keep everything contained. When we checked out we were bashed repeatedly about a cigarette pack that was left in the trash. She accused us of smoking in the condo and made us forfeit the rest of the deposit that wasn't used for the stain even though there was no smell and no evidence of smoke in the condo. Overall the experience was good but smokers be wary!!! If you leave any sort of evidence she will claim damages and take your deposit.

It was fine. A little farther away from Disney than I thought. That was a long mile. And would have been nice to be able to use the shuttle that went to the resort for some reason my reservation didn’t include that. Overall it was good . I would stay there again. The sunrises were stunning!!

Great place.. Great location!

This vacation rental is by far the best we've ever stayed in.... And believe me, we vacation often. Clean, well kept, and comfortable, this place is a gem. The extra amenities inside the apt show that the owners really care about your stay. Covered parking is always a plus and we had no problem finding a space to park daily for our 6 night stay. The room has a balcony overlooking the pool and lake and has the feel of a place where you would like to live permanately. Thank you Leon for all the extras you went through to make this trip awesome.

Wonderful stay, very clean and so many personal touches

My first Vrbo rental, so I was a bit nervous. I sent messages and called with questions multiple times. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The room was amazing. Very clean and comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with extras. There were so many personal touches for adults and children to enjoy. This place had more character and comforts than many places we've stayed. We loved the view from the balcony and enjoyed watching some sunrises with our coffee. We will definitly consider staying here again.

Great views and close to parks

This condo was perfectly located! Minutes from the Disney parks, restaurants, pharmacies, there’s even a mini golf place in walking distance! We absolutely loved all the details and personal touches the hosts left for us. This place was comfortable, had an amazing view and was equipped with everything we needed & more! The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked and the amenities onsite were fabulous! Thanks again Dom and Leon! We can’t wait to come back!

Labor day trip

Great stay, super clean! Upon arriving the host left us a bottle of wine, and some waters along with a friendly note which was nice after a long drive. The place was spotless, well organized and every detail was well thought out. Thank you for your gracious hospitality and checking in on us when we arrived. Will definitely stay again in the near future as we are in the Orlando area quite frequently!

Property owner met us on site and gave a tour of property.

Was impressed with the host. Place was clean, good location to all parks, great pool and view from balcony. Host checked in via text to make sure everything was ok. Would recommend this host.
