- The beach umbrella is available upon request
- Your safety matters. This property features 5 exterior security cameras. Cameras 1 and 2 are floodlight cameras facing the driveway and the left side of the house. Cameras 3 and 4 are facing the right side yard and outward toward the lake. Camera 5 is behind the exterior A/C unit facing the back door for the garage/owner's storage. They do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion. They will record when they first sense motion and 12 seconds after the last motion is detected. The owner monitors the cameras when they are out of state to ensure gates are closed and the lakefront is properly watered and maintained

The house is well updated and comfortable. Everything was very clean and well appointed. Kitchen well stocked for cooking and eating in. Lovely view of the lake from 2 bedrooms, living room and screened porch. Host was very responsive and checked in to see if we needed anything. Caretakers of property across street and also helpful and welcoming. Only 40-45 minutes from Disney. Was a good home base for our 12 day stay. Neighborhood generally quiet and friendly.

The house was very nice and lots of upgrades. Very spacious. The neighborhood is mixed and causes a little concern depending on what street you enter on, but what neighborhood isn't unless you live in a gated community. With that said, we never felt unsafe. (Four senior ladies) The host was very attentive and responsive. The location was perfect for visiting surrounding areas for antique and thrift shopping. The back porch overlooking the lake is the MOST relaxing part after a long day of treasure shopping!

Wonderful Home

This was a wonderful home for our family while there for a softball tournament. Very clean and the host was very responsive with question even checking on us during our stay. Will definitely stay here for our next trip in the area. Lots of great restaurants within a short drive in the Winter Haven area.

Legoland trip with kids

House was clean and comfortable. Lovely back porch on the lake. Close to Legoland, so location is great except for the neighborhood area a bit depressed and loud at night, although we did not have any issues except for the noise.

Was a perfect place to have family/friends stay at. Sleeps a bunch and it’s super spacious - beautiful kitchen with even a high chair for my little one. 3 full bathrooms come in handy and the washer/dryer! Super close to Legoland! I felt like we could visit more places with the location of this place to stay at vs a pricey resort in one of the major cities. Owner is fantastic to work with - super responsive!

Beautiful and Spacious!

This property was beautiful, spacious and very clean. There were extension cords and chargers everywhere. Sitting on the back porch provided peaceful relaxation and gorgeous views. We were attending a wedding during our stay and the host helped me find a local hairdresser that came to the house and did a fabulous job! This is a great place to stay and I highly recommend!

This house is so spacious and completely renovated! 3 full bathrooms, 2 en suites! Love the screened in large back porch and view of the lake!! Went to Tampa one day, Orlando Epcot / Disney another, and then traveled a few hours down to Miami. The fact it’s so centrally located was fantastic! The neighbors are all super friendly too. Privacy with the full fence was nice too.

LEGO LAND TRIP

Property was an older home that has been nicely remodeled. It is located in a neighborhood and not a subdivision so there will be some noise being that it is a block from a main roadway but is not unbearable. The property owner was in contact via text message several times making sure we had everything we needed and making sure our stay was enjoyable. The view from the back patio was beautiful. The bathrooms are a little small but like I said the home is very nice an spacious.

Awesome relaxation looking over the lake

Beautiful, clean, well equipped. We were two couples at a local event during the day. We all enjoyed relaxing evenings in the enclosed porch, which was a great spot for watching the antics of the local birds. Driving in, visually the neighborhood left us a little concerned, but everyone we saw or met was friendly. We didn't need to contact the rental agency as owner Beth was as attentive as we needed her to be on text while respecting our privacy. Thank you Beth - We will be back!

Ridiculous in 2 Ways

The property was ridiculously amazing! The lake views, the space, the kitchen equipped, the ease to come and go, so extremely pleasant, close to grocery and restaurants. Also ridiculous: the mega bucks charged for “host services”???!!! Admission to Disney per day would be less expensive!!! Not going to do that again, ever!!!

Nice Home Questionable Location

The home was very clean, view on lake was pretty, and the host was very nice. The neighborhood was questionable. I should have looked on Google Earth and street view before booking but the address isn't visible until you book. I didn't check because it is lakefront property so assumed the neighborhood would be nice. It is not. There were run down and abandoned properties, house next store had abandoned cars and junk everywhere. Stereo's were blaring and marijuana smell was overwhelming getting out of the car. I contacted the owner and she did call neighbors to turn down music, however I didn't feel safe. Windows in the front of the house were bolted shut which was good considering the neighborhood but telling on safety. The house was nicely decorated and clean but not a place I would ever stay again due to the location. The owner was kind and insisted it was safe but I am sorry I don't agree. Even the safety instructions in the guest book eluded to this fact. Check street view on Google Earth for accuracy. didn't cheev

That home is now vacant and set to be renovated, which should help improve the overall feel of the area.- We stay at the property ourselves and have always felt safe in the neighborhood. We’re sorry your experience didn’t reflect that and understand how important peace of mind is while traveling.- The windows aren’t bolted shut but do have removable safety locks installed where some latches were damaged. These were added as a temporary measure to ensure guest security, especially given the older style of the windows.- We appreciated you reaching out during your stay and were glad we could help with the nearby noise. Family Thanksgiving Dinner

We was amazed with this hidden Gem on a the Lake. The neighborhood will surprise you. The area was low key quiet and relaxing. Home decor was beautiful and even though we brought supplies. This home has everything you need. My Sister lives in the area, we just wanted to surprise her with a vacay for Thanksgivings. We have a wonderful time. Thank you Will be back to my New Home On the Lake. 😍

The Very Best

My husband and I wanted to treat my son and family to 2 days at Legoland before they move from FL to Rochester NY. I chose Lovely Lake Front property because of 3 bedrooms, 3 baths in a lake. PICTURES are true to form. It is by far one of the cleanest, well stocked homes we’ve ever stayed in for a short term rental. They’ve thought of everything you’d need just as if you were home. down to Children's plastic cups, plates and spoons Not once did I say “I wish I had brought this or that” I was concerned about the decor of the home because I have an Autistic 4yr old grandson. My concerns were squelched the minute I walk in to the home. Very safe for any child. Mattresses were superior. We loved the sitting area room right off of the master bedroom with views overlooking the Lake. Layout of bedrooms and bathrooms offer ample privacy. In fact I’m thinking of getting 2 other couples to go back for an adult weekend someday after the holidays. Thank you.
