The 19th Hole at The Ledges Golf Club. ***Resort Amenities Included!

Our home was featured in the 2022 St. George Parade of Homes. Come and experience our 2,610sq ft luxury home located at The Ledges of St. George. This 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home is set up to accommodate single or multi-family groups. The furnishings include all the upgrades you could ask for including flat-screen HDTV's, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. The floorplan is open and welcoming with bedrooms that are quiet and private. Two of the bedrooms have King beds and the third bedroom has a Queen bed. Accommodations also include an outdoor firepit table, gas grill, Private putting green, covered back patio, and a private backyard.

The Ledges of St. George is the perfect area to visit for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts and is conveniently located nearby the Tuacahn Amphitheatre and Performing Arts Center. Minutes away you'll find a conglomerate of hiking, biking, and ATV trails, world famous rock climbing and rappelling, and views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains surrounding The Ledges.

Work Trip

We played in a golf event for work and came down a day early to play the Ledges the day before. The house is fully stocked like a typical home but it was very clean. The instructions were clear about check-in/check-out. The accommodations were very nice. We arrived after dark in the rain, but with a house code and a 3 car garage it made settling in easy and comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again for any future events in St. George!The host has this system dialed in!

We have stayed at a lot of vacation rentals and this one had more than anything we needed to cook and everything was provided for. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental home was terrific, with just a couple minor items that needed to be fixed. It's within walking distance of the golf pro shop. We greatly enjoyed our week at the Ledges, which is an outstanding community. However, we thought it odd that when we called the management company to find out the location of the pickle ball courts, the representative didn't know the answer. Otherwise, the management company was helpful and very efficient. The St. George area is well worth the drive from Las Vegas.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely beautiful home, very clean, excellent layout. Would definitely rent this home again. Homeowners did a fabulous job. Not on the golf course. Lots of construction in the area and the trucks are rolling by the house at 6 AM. Saw black widow spiders in the grill and in the garage. Couldn't get the grill to work, either. The toilet in the casita ran if you didn't giggle the handle. The toiled set was up and urine in the toilet on arrival.Only issue was with the the property access. On arrival found that the provided keypad code didn't work. Called 3 times and left messages with Kimber (property manager) while standing outside, to get access. She finally called back, said she couldn't head over as she was at the pool with her son. Gave me another code over the phone and said she would send a workable code later. Little unnerving driving 5 hours only to find you're locked out with no immediate access to property management. Gaining access/functionality to property on arrival is first priority and when it doesn't work there needs to be an immediate response. The gym/pool area was very close and convenient.

Everything we were looking for !

Amazing house in a great location. Everything in the house was laid out in a very organized fashion and made it easy to find everything we needed. Right next to the golf course in a quiet neighborhood. Enjoy many nights on the outdoor putting green. Recommend this location highly.
