This modern home comfortably accommodates up to seven (7) guests, making it perfect for three couples or families. It features three bedrooms, two of which have their own private full bathrooms and king-size beds. The home also offers an open-concept kitchen connected to the dining and family room, creating a spacious and inviting gathering area.

* The fireplace is for decorative purposes only

* Heating for the swimming pool is optional -- $125 per night charge

* The pool is clean but the cement is discolored. It’s not dirty it is discolored just as in the listing photos.

Disruptive noise levels/music at any time of the day gravely jeopardize our friendly neighborhood relationships and our business license & will not be tolerated. Law enforcement will be called in & a negative review will follow. We kindly appreciate your consideration ~

We do not allow any kind of parties. Disruptive noise levels between the quiet hours of 10pm - 9am will not be tolerated. We have installed an outdoor security camera and noise meters to prevent such activity.
