Offering more than 1,700 square feet of living space, this 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom corner condo unit has plenty of natural light of living space, as well as unforgettable views from the balcony. Other amenities available exclusively to guests of Playa Encantada include a heated pool, hot tub, shuffleboard, tennis courts and sauna.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The second and third bedroom each have two single beds and share a hallway bathroom with a shower/ tub combination. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need to prepare anything from a light breakfast to an full family dinner. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating for everyone, a large smart TV and you can stay connected with free high speed WiFi internet throughout the condo.
Reserved parking for one vehicle is available inside the ground floor garage. Additional parking spaces are available marked as Guests.
