This first-floor, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom deluxe condominium features a deck that overlooks the Roaring Fork River. Chateau Eau Claire is only four blocks to the Silver Queen Gondola and downtown Aspen. This condo features a wood-burning fireplace, an upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, an in-unit washer/dryer, and flat-screen TVs.

Second bedroom: 2 Twin beds
Complex amenities at the Chateau Eau Claire include a glass elevator to all floors, free parking, free Wi-Fi, and an on-site hot tub. Guests have access to a heated pool, additional hot tubs, a workout center, and a conference room directly across the street at the Chateau Roaring Fork.
Guests of Chateau Eau Claire receive complimentary Aspen Airport transportation and access to local health club facilities. (Passes can be obtained from any Frias Properties front desk during regular business hours.)
