We were in town for a wedding and this condo was very close to both venues. It was a very nice and comfortable unit. It was quiet at night and conveniently located near the pool. Shopping and restaurants within walking distance made our visit even more enjoyable. So nice to not need a car. We would stay here again and recommend this accommodation to others. Thanks to our host!!

The condo was clean upon arrival, and the “out the back door” access to the pool and hot tub was great. The kitchen is tight but well equipped. Can’t beat the location on the mountain, where you can leave your car parked and easily walk to everything in town.

Surprised how many good reviews there are of this unit. The location is great but it was so hot, no breeze down below, fridge broke the first day and wasn’t fixed until day 4. Dryer doesn’t work consistently. Unit bathrooms are pretty dirty with leaks and rust. Towels stink. I guess the price is right but it feels dirty and was such a bummer to lose all our food.

I am sorry you feel that way the fridge was broken but it was repaired the next day and I paid fully for your groceries even though produce and milk doesn’t stale after 24 hours especially in Aspen weather and freezer was still working you were making sure you get whatever you can in addition I gave you a partial refund as well. Good reviews are there because people appreciate the unit and service and we immediately resolve any complaints however with you you were unappreciative I wonder what comes to your mind when you intentionally try to inflict damage by posting a bad review

The location was great. @ blocks to the gondola at Ajax, 1 block to the buses to the other ski areas, about 3 blocks to the center of downtown. The condo was impeccably clean, the owner was very quick and responsive to our questions! I’ve never felt so “in touch” with the owner with any questions?concerns we had. Only disappointment was the hot tub was temporarily under repair (soon to be resolved it appears). We would stay there again…..

Great accommodations for our fall visit to Aspen & Maroon Bells. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Location was great for hiking around Aspen Mountain and walking around town.

Quaint and great location!!!

You cannot beat this location! Nice and quaint property and a very short walking distance to Wagner park and downtown Aspen. Owner and property manager were wonderful to work with!
