Located just five blocks from the Silver Queen Gondola and steps from downtown Aspen, it's the perfect base for your mountain getaway.

The open living area features hardwood floors,a flat-screen TV, and direct access to a private deck overlooking the river. The upgraded kitchen offers granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a convenient in-unit washer/dryer.

**Please note: Due to building regulations, fireplaces are currently not in use at Chateau Eau Claire. We appreciate your understanding and invite you to enjoy the many other comforts of this condo, including its private river-view balcony, modern interiors, and access to hot tubs, a heated pool, and a fitness center.**
