The property is well supplied and a convenient location. The only negative were the beds. I think they are the memory foam kind, which were too hard for our liking.

Easy parking in condo garage, so close to amazing restaurants, great location. Had baby bears eating berries outside - in front of police station - we were safe either way!

We really enjoyed our stay, the space is cozy but with a good layout that makes the most of the space. It’s very well-appointed for cooking, I was pleasantly surprised. Beds are comfortable. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the middle of downtown. It’s five mins walk to a really nice playground and also, Susie’s Consignment is in the lobby of the building and is amazing, hehe! We would definitely stay here again!

Great location, well equipped and clean. Four of us stayed here for a long weekend. The couch and beds were cozy, the kitchen is stocked like someone lives there full time. There’s no AC which was tough out first night because it was unusually hot, once the weather normalized, the place was easy to manage temperatures.

Girls trip

We loved our stay here! It was the perfect location to walk around Aspen and never had to use our car after we arrived. The place was perfect for what we needed and super clean. The communication with the property manager was easy and very attentive, checking in with us throughout the trip and upon arrival and departure. The property also had luggage carts in the garage for us to use which was amazing. I would definitely stay here again if I was coming back to Aspen.

Great location, comfortable condo!

Very comfortable beds and main living area. Easy to walk around town and close to nature. Hosts very communicative and helpful. No A/c but large portable A/c in the main living space kept it very comfortable. Opening windows at night kept rooms at a cool temperature. Our 1 year old was very comfortable here and we would stay again. Thank you!

Excellent property, location & communication

We stayed 3 nights in the condo and couldn't have had a better experience. The host was over-communicative leading up to our stay with detailed check-in instructions and confirmation of our arrival time. The property itself was clean and airy, the bed was comfortable, and in general the condo was located in a very central location with just a short walk to all that Aspen had to offer. All the above and the property was reasonably priced relative to other hotels in the area that didn't offer anywhere near the space we had (living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, etc). Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

Great condo, close to everything

We really enjoyed the Aspen condo. It was very convenient for walking to restaurants, shops and the gondola. It was clean and well furnished plus the property manager was great to work with.

A perfect stay in paradise

The property was clean, pretty and well maintained. The property manager was terrific. I had some problems with the AC units and they were on top of it. They sent someone over immediately and worked until they got them working properly. The placement of the property in conjunction with downtown could not have been more perfect.

Thanks, July 2025 in Apsen Was Great

This has been the best rental we ever had of this sort. The messages were helpful and informative, everything made sense, it was easy to get in the first time, and everything worked. The staff provided coffee packets, which we used up. We happily bought more and donated the ones we did not use! I am hoping to come to Aspen again, and will try to use this rental if possible.
