Wonderful

Very enjoyable, and relaxing. The property was nice, clean, and secure. The few folks we did encounter were very friendly. The unit itself was perfect for us, and well kept. The view was excellent.

Great accommodations, loved that all my kids were able to stay in the same room! Beautiful view, nice and clean, great location. Would definitely book here again!

We enjoyed our stay. Great location, easy access to beach. Pool was great. Definitely will be back. Only down was that the patio door was really hard to open for the kids, but overall it was great!

Very nice, would come back

I really liked this property. It was on the quiet end of town which was nice. We comfortably slept 6 people in this place. Although, the sofa bed was awful, like sleeping on springs, which is the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5. Right across the street from the beach, pool was amazing!!!!!! Very easy check in check out, owner gave me all needed information well in advance. Property does have a keurig, although the pictures don't show it.

condo was clean and comfortable. A little spartan on amenities. No complimentary bottled water or decaf tea. coffee and a nice earl gray tea was provided. Access was convenient and condo was quiet. A pleasant stay

Galveston Getaway

The condo was everything we expected and more! Great view of the ocean! Beds were comfortable. Restaurants and grocery were close. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the sunrise. The Evolve Team was prompt in answering any questions asked. One of the most relaxing vacation we've had. Thanks! We'll be back!

We loved it!

We had a great time here, it wasn’t quite warm enough to go use the pool however we enjoyed the beach a lot! We slept great and really loved the house. My only recommendation would be to let people know they will need to shop for toilet paper and paper towels, and trash bags. Also, some cleaning supplies would be ideal and/or a vacuum to help us clean up at the end of the stay since we did play outdoors every day. We definitely think we will come back and stay again! Great location, and great view !

Galveston Spring Break

The rental was exactly as shown online. The location was great for us right across from the water, a short drive to the major attractions for us and restaurants. Overall a great place for our visit. One area for improvement is specific to the TV and how to access and use the various streaming services. The Direct TV service where all of the main networks reside did not have a strong signal and made watching a challenge.

Great stay but still working out the kinks

Like the title says, overall our stay was pretty great, but I think the new ownership was working out some kinks. First, the kinks: It was a lot more investment on the front end than any other VRBO stays have been for us. We had to create a new account with a separate website to manage our booking (through the Evolve property company). Checkin was pretty rough (no car gate code provided, or walking gate code, or parking spot number. Friendly people helped us with these, as the person assigned to help us with on-site issues took a while to respond to our texts, though she was helpful overall); instructions while we were there were sparse (no instructions for waste disposal; how to operate the televisions); the sliding patio door was almost too hard for my 9 and 11 year olds to open and close. Positives: the condo was fantastic, overall. It is really laid out well, with really good space in the bedrooms and bathroom areas. The kitchen was great, as well. The pool area was perfect, with plenty of room to exercise or let the kids play. We were there on a holiday weekend, and it was never crowded (and frequently we had the whole thing to ourselves). The condo is located right across Seawall Blvd from the beach, and though it was a little scary to cross with a family, we loved being so close. Everything you could want, in terms of restaurants, shops, and groceries, etc. is really close, too (within a few miles). In the end, our stay was great, even though Evolve was still clearly working out some kinks (a little moreso than I expected, given the price). Assuming the property management company improves as time wears on, I'd recommend this property to anyone looking to get away, relax, and enjoy all that Galveston has to offer.

Absolutely Great Stay!

Our family was there to spend Thanksgiving weekend. The apartment was neat and clean. TV's in the room. Plenty of beds for everyone. Plenty of blankets and pillows. Bathrooms were clean and all worked perfectly. Parking was secure and elevators came in fast. We enjoyed the little lake behind with some wild life to see. And airplanes and helicopters landing on the little airport behind. Not noisy at all. The view from the balcony was beautiful during day and night. We thoroughly enjoyed the property and definitely will come back at a later date.

Wonderful stay!

Everything was wonderful. Very clean and well appointed. The only issue was the air wasn’t working when we first got there. Called Erika the next morning and she had a repairman out there by 10 am. Beds were comfortable. There was just the two of us and we really did not do any cooking. The kitchen seemed to be well equipped though. And last but not least, the views were phenomenal both front and back! We enjoyed the sunrise every morning on the front balcony with our coffee. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Galveston Condo

We have been to Galveston many times and stayed at various locations. This place by far was the nicest and most spectacular views we have ever had for a very reasonable price. Loved every minute we we in the condo. Definitely a 10 rating on the scale.
