Beautiful place

The stay was amazing. This place had everything you needed. They provide beach chairs, towels, wash cloths, pots and pans, beach towels, etc. The neighbors were nice and it was a very nice neighborhood. We will be booking here again.

The water for the shower was barely warm. The living room TV was stuck on Moonbug,a children's program,and would not turn off. The instructions for the keypad were totally incomplete. Calls to Evolve were unanswered. So,not a pleasant stay.

The water heater in the condo is functioning properly, and we have not received any temperature-related concerns from subsequent guests. The TV is fully operational; as a smart TV, it may require specific steps to use the remote controls effectively. We were only made aware of these concerns near the end of your stay, which limited our ability to address them promptly, as we would have been happy to provide assistance and resolve any issues. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue to maintain a high standard of comfort and quality for all guests.

Cute condo

This condo is cute, spacious and well decorated. Was the perfect size for my family of six. The condo was located in a gated community that was easily accessible. The community pool was clean and well kept. The condo had a well stocked kitchen for cooking. I also really appreciated the fact that they had beach chairs and umbrellas available for use. The downfall of the condo was that it was dirty. We couldn’t walk on the floors without our feet turning black. It definitely needed a good sweep and mop. There were dead bugs in some of the corners of the rooms as well as lots of dust on the fixtures in the condo. There are definitely some areas that could use some fresh paint as well. We would stay again considering that it’s cleaned a bit better!

Beautiful Condo at Tidewater

We really liked the unit... it was a great size, had gorgeous views, and updated decor. We enjoyed having morning coffee in the living room and taking in the golf course and water views. I enjoyed the short walk to the fitness center a few times. The downsides of the space were having to purchase additional toilet paper, napkins, coffee, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc. There wasn't any tin foil, plastic wrap or food storage bags. We could have used more bath towels. I recommend including these items for guests. The unit could have been cleaner, too. ;-)And the bedroom listed with a queen bed is actually a full size bed. I had to share that bed with one of my children, so it made a difference. We have been visiting Tidewater for over 30 years. We used to own a condo there. It's a tranquil, special place that we love returning to. I'd love to rent this Lighthouse Villa again. Thank you,Jeannine CT

Beautiful home away from home

The property looks exactly as pictured - very well maintained and great location. Overall, we had an enjoyable and comfortable stay. I did not give it 5 stars because of the following: 1. Security did not have our information at the gated entrance and would not allow us to enter property right away. This was frustrating after a long drive, especially when I emailed the property manager (PM) ahead of time that we would check-in a day later due to a family emergency. The PM did not even offer credit for the one day we did not use the condo. Once this check-in issue was resolved, entering the condo was easy with the provided code. 2. the property was well maintained, but we noticed that lighting in one of the bedrooms did not work and the ventilation grill for HVAC had significant dust buildup and was not pleasant to look at. This was surprising given everything else was top notch. 3. Not enough info was provided about golfing on property and other amenities such as fitness room. For example, the amenities booklet did not tell you how to access the gym/times of operation

A short escape

This was our first Vrbo experience and it was great! We love the NMB area and plan to rent this condo again. The community is very friendly and gorgeous. The unit itself is just like the photos. Check in: We weren't provided the unit number of the condo until the gate but the gate security was able to give us directions. The bathrooms could have used a better wipe down, some of the pillows had stains and mascara but the pillow cases and sheets were clean. Bath towels could be upgraded. Bring your beach towels, they said they were included but we couldn't find any in the unit. We had to buy some, if i had know i would have just brought some from home. The kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, mixing bowls, etc. The view from the living room was calm and we enjoyed relaxing inside during the hot afternoons. Disability friendly: highly recommend going to Cherry Grove Point beach (15min), public parking was easy and plentiful. The sand was hard which made it easy for our limited mobility guest to walk on. The condo had an elevator with minimal walking distance from car to condo. Walk in shower in the master bathroom. The kids loved the Legos and spent time playing on the enclosed deck.

Loved this condo! Well designed, furniture was in new condition. Layout was perfect! Secured development was nice, and it easy to come and go through the maned gate. We know the area well and will definitely stay here again. Stay and play golf at one of the best courses in the entire Myrtle Beach area / Tidewater

Great vacation rental!

This place was exactly how it was described and pictured on the VRBO site. The check in process went smoothly and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. There is plenty of beach equipment to take to the beach, so you really don't have to bring anything, with the exception of towels and sunscreen. The only drawbacks we noticed were that the floors weren't clean, and the carpet and sofa in the living room had stains on them. Overall though the stay was very pleasant!! I will most likely use this place again!
