The space

There is one private bedroom with king sized bed and direct access to deck. It has locking interior/exterior doors and a semi-ensuite bathroom which can be locked to be private ensuite bathroom with rain head shower and double vessel sinks. There is a washer and dryer concealed within a master bedroom closet. Above is a 65" TV.

The upstairs is an open loft with private bathroom and 2 double sleeper sofas.

The high quality custom kitchen has quartz countertops, quartz kitchen table/island and built-in stainless appliances (microwave, dishwasher).
