We had a really nice stay overall. The beach was beautiful and we enjoyed the view from the balcony. The condo itself was clean although a few things felt a little worn and could probably use some updating.

The unit was clean but tired looking. The couch sagged and was uncomfortable. The sheets, main bedspread and towels were very worn. The secondary bedroom closet was so packed with beach stuff it was difficult to put anything in it. The tub in the secondary bathroom would not drain. We called for a plumber but it still did not drain well after being serviced.

I would not stay here again due to very poor communication from management throughout our stay.During our visit, construction and painting work was being done directly outside the unit. We were not informed that we could not walk through the area or leave through the usual access point for an extended period of time, which significantly disrupted our plans. The work was later delayed because of rain, and the restrictions continued into the following day. Unfortunately, there was very little communication or advance notice provided regarding these delays or how long the disruption would last.The unit itself also had several maintenance and comfort issues. The kitchen appliances appeared outdated, the bathroom faucet moves during use, and the bathtub drained very slowly.In addition, I do not believe the space comfortably accommodates six guests as advertised. It felt crowded even with fewer people, and the sleeping arrangements, particularly the small twin beds, were not very comfortable.Other concerns included weak Wi-Fi, worn towels, and additional cleaning expectations despite a cleaning fee already being charged. Guests are expected to clean dishes and complete laundry tasks to avoid extra fees. There was also an additional parking charge added to the booking.Overall, the experience was stressful and inconvenient due to the ongoing disruptions and lack of communication from management.

Outstanding Property

The Somerset is a wonderful condo complex on Marco Island. The unit was spacious, nicely furnished and clean. The unit directly overlooks the ocean, just steps from the beach. There are two fairly small pools, abundant beach chairs provided and the location was convenient to several wonderful restaurants. Overall, a terrific experience.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay in South Seas tower 4, unit 1705! The condo was extremely clean and well appointed. The bed in the main bedroom was VERY comfortable, which is not always the case with vacation rentals. We had everything we needed for our week stay. The grounds are beautifully kept and you could not ask for a better location. We would definitely book this unit again!

Relaxing

Our first trip to Marco Island did not disappoint. The view and atmosphere were amazing. A couple things that need attention will be to clean the furniture and new mattresses in the second bedroom, the mattresses did not stay on the box springs.

Beautiful property. Didn't like running sings for keys, and paying for parking but overall very good. Air conditioner didn't seem to keep up. Very warm at times

Family stay

We enjoyed the condo. However the pool was very disappointing. Having someone there to tell everyone what they can’t do was too much. Everyone was complaining. No fun at all. Would not recommend this place because of it
