Table mountain and the famous beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay and just a scenic 10-15 minute drive away.

This vibrant 2 story townhouse/cottage seems to emulate the eclectic soul of Cape Town. A lot of thought and consideration has gone into making the home the perfect family escape. Modern appliances and finishes with tasteful use of colour throughout. The open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area features designer furnishing and modern appliances throughout. The lounge opens onto a covered balcony with outdoor furniture and a Braai/BBQ. Adjacent to the lounge is a loft-style office space or work area with desk space.  The spacious upstairs loft-style bedroom is a dream-space with whitewashed tilted ceilings, king size bed and open plan bathroom with classic bathtub and separate walk in shower.  The second bedroom has a king size bed, aircon and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower.  The third bedroom has 2 x single beds, aircon and a separate bathroom with walk-in shower.
