This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath, stand alone 2600 sq foot vertical is in the new 12th and Archer development. All 3 bedrooms are ensuite and have new plush king beds. The kitchen is fully furnished and well equipped, but the biggest draws to this property are the unobstructed 360 degree views from the rooftop and its convenience to all of Nashville's hot spots including Lower Broadway, the Gulch, 12South, Edgehill Village, Melrose and more. Most trips are under $6 on Uber or Lyft.

Why Rob Copeland chose Edgehill
Seeing the city transform over the last 20 years has let me keep an eye on the best real estate locations. When the Gulch South started to develop, I knew I wanted in. The Gulch South is an area that is convenient to all the live music and sporting events, and is a short uber ride to some of the best restaurants and shops in the world!

We (a group of 6 adults and 2 kids) really enjoyed our stay at this fantastic townhouse. Rob was very accommodating and personable. The views from the rooftop are sensational. Highly recommend this place to anyone.
Property is perfect for three couples. Easy Uber drive to all the action.
Great location and loved the Gulch shops & restaurants.
This Gulch Apartment was the perfect accommodation for our family vacation
Our entire experience from start to finish was extremely pleasant and enjoyable. The owner, Rob, was extremely personable and accommodating before our arrival and the day we arrived at his property. He was very welcoming and took the time to tell us all the local spots to visit and made sure the apartment was in mint condition. We were in contact during our visit, and was quick to respond with a reply every time we reached out to him. He takes great pride in his property. The apartment was filled with state of the art appliances and had all the items needed to cook several big meals during our stay. The rooftop view was breathtaking and the grill, bar and cushioned furniture on the roof made it convenient to share a few meals and drinks during our stay. We were only a 10 min ride to the main strip on Broadway. The Gulch shops and restaurants were only a 5 min drive and even walking distance for those able to do so.
Bottom line: Great location, great accommodations, and a great experience using Home Away and dealing with the owner, Rob Copeland. I would recommend this location to any family vacationing in Nashville.
We enjoyed our stay in Nashville at this fantastic condo. We especially loved the rooftop deck with the views of the city. Great space to relax in the evening after a fun night listening to music.
The condo was very convenient to the bars and restaurants. I would highly recommend the condo and would definitely stay there again.
Rob and Lauren were especially helpful before and during our stay.
Nice Place. Good Location. Better Suited for Bachlor/Bachlorette Parties
The home is well furnished and modern. The bedrooms are nice and provide plenty of privacy when needed. The beds are extremely comfortable and invite you to sleep in. We Uber'd pretty much everywhere we went and it averaged around $15 to $30 per ride for four in "Black". Walking distance from the Gulch area but the weather didn't cooperate so we didn't make it down. The rooftop area is great with a terrific view. The grill works great and is on natural gas so no worry of running out. Just plan on doing food prep on the deck at the sink area. The hike from the kitchen to the rooftop has two flights of steep stairs. The only complaint and more of a recommendation to the manager/owner is to provide some basic toiletries (travel shampoos/conditioners/soap) and dish washing liquid. This is so minor but for the cost of the rental, it seems like a minor convenience that can be provided. As far as the bachelor/bachelorette parties, the rooftops are close to each other (these are townhouses) so large groups next door can be overpowering if you are looking for a quite roof top escape. We had both types of parties adjacent to us which was a little distracting but by 9pm they had usually left for the bars. Overall a great experience.
