We loved our stay!! A great place for a large group. The pictures in the listing doesn't show how great this house is! If we ever come but with a large group we would stay again! Also loved that we could walk to Kroger!! If you're celebrating a birthday and need a cake or cup cakes Kroger is your store also!! Order online and pick up!!

This house was perfect! Hosts even had a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived. Grocery store right across the street and easy to get downtown. Beautiful home.

You will be amazed by how exceptional this property is. Each room was very well stocked and the quality of linens, towels, dishes and cookery were top notch. A basket of snacks and bottle of wine were a warm welcome. We interacted with Cindy frequently who was always ready to provide something we asked for. And she's so sunny! It was a treat to stay there in Germantown with nearby restaurants and just 2/10 mile from a large Kroger supermarket.

Perfect weekend getaway

It was a perfect place to share with my family and friends for a birthday weekend. Highly recommend for anyone looking to be close to the main streets in downtown Nashville.

The property owners greeted us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the place. The house was amazing! And the owners were kind and helpful! We are looking forward to coming back to Nashville and staying here!

Property just as described, love the bedrooms and bathrooms. Loft area super cute and great for extra sleeping. The staircase adorable but was hard to manage with luggage. The outdoor patio so nice for morning coffee. Highly recommend.

We were honored to host Brian and his coworkers. They are very polite, respectful, and friendly in the best possible way. House rules were followed completely and communication with Brian was seamless. They took very good care of our home and left it in such great condition that cleaning will be a breeze! We can highly recommend these guys to other hosts, and hope to see them again here at Chateau on Monroe any time they return to Nashville.

Best stay in Nashville

This was by far the BEST VRBO we have ever stayed in. Clean, well stocked, comfortable, walkable to everything and parking. Cindy and Max were amazing hosts and made us feel right at home. When visiting Nashville again, we will stay here, no question!

Spring Break 2025

We had a fantastic time staying at Chateau Monroe. Max and Cindy are awesome hosts and made our stay comfortable and memorable. They went out of their way to ensure our vacation was perfect and treated us like family. Any questions or requests were taken care of quickly and the property was perfect. We will definitely be back!
