This property absolutely terrific! It was super clean & comfortable - ans very conveniently located to the highway and Main Street, allowing us to stroll and grab dinner. I would gladly stay again and recommend it to others!

Don’t judge a book by its cover! This house is charming on the inside despite the curb appeal. The outside and windows need some attention, but that aside it really is a lovely, historic home with nice finishes on the inside

Location was great and place had everything needed for a great stay. The kitchen was stocked wit basics, plenty of utensils, cutlery, storage containers. Beds were comfortable and TV’s and WiFi worked great. The garage was large enough to park an F150 and is great for bike storage. I’d recommend it to anyone needing a good spot in Fruita.

Great home base for our family MTB adventure in Fruita! Plenty of space in the garage for bikes and our car. Spacious kitchen for cooking and eating. Good setup for a family movie night, too.

Thanksgiving get-away in Fruita

My husband and I stayed at the house and hosted our daughter and her friend for a lovely Thanksgiving dinner. The kitchen was fabulous as a workspace to cook a fantastic dinner, and the rest of the house was amazing and comfortable during our stay. We have great memories from this weekend and would love to stay here in the future.

Great Fruita home base

We enjoyed our stay. The home was very nice, clean, and in a great location near downtown Fruita. The garage was really nice for bike and vehicle storage. The property manager was very helpful and responsive when we had an issue with a garage door spring.

Great location and very well equipped.We had everything we needed and really appreciated that the air con was on for our arrival. We were all provided with slipper socks to protect the wood floors. That was very thoughtful.

Great location!

This house was perfect for me and my crew. We came out for a gravel race and loved the location. Loved the open space on the first floor. Great for sitting around the table and making meals. The garage space was clutch, great place to clean off the bikes and hang out by the grill while listening to tunes. Endless parking available. The rooms were good sizes in the beds were comfortable. Plenty of space to spread out. Highly recommend you come check out Fruita and stay at this top notch house.

Location Location Location

Great house for our weekend getaway for CO2UT. Had everything we needed. Plenty of space to spread out. AND a large spot behind the garage to park all the cars. The garage was great place to clean up the bikes and get ready to race. The house was super clean, beds were comfy and had all the necessities for the weekend. Would def recommend this place. The owners were responded quickly to some questions and helpful. Don't miss out on this place in Fruita. So close to the center of town. Leave your car at home and walk to food.

We loved staying in this beautiful old Fruita home. It was charming with its history and character, but also very nicely updated andmodern. The homeowner was very responsive, polite, and helpful. We would definitely like to stay here again.
