Welcome to the Ultimate Oceanfront Villa Paradise!

Explore 100ft of gorgeous beachfront after taking a single step off the cement deck. Instantly, you are standing on the beach with the waves a pace away from your feet. Or, sit in the six-person hot tub and enjoy the waves and the jets.

Panoramic oceans views fill and replenish all of your senses from almost every room the Villa offers. Whether you are cooking in our gourmet kitchen or relaxing in the primary bedroom suite, the ocean is all around. The six-person dining set in the open-concept living room is perfect for enjoying lunch while playing card games or doing puzzles. Have breakfast at the other six-person dining set just off the kitchen. Finally, light the fire table on the deck at dinner and watch the fire on the water from the six-person outdoor dining set.

The Villa offers five comfortable sleeping spaces. The first bedroom on the main floor features a queen bed, direct access to the main floor bathroom, and a deep closet. In the living room the grey chair unfolds into a single bed. No stairs are required to reach either of these spaces.

Up a mid-size staircase find the expansive, breathtaking sun room. The indulgent sofa in this room unfolds into a queen-size bed. Off of this room is the second bedroom, including its own ensuite bathroom, one double bed, two single beds, and more closet space.

On the other side of the sun room, find the immaculate primary bedroom suite. This bedroom is the height of luxury. The king-size bed faces gorgeous ocean views. Enjoy ample storage and cozy seats ideal for curling up with a good book. Around the corner find the private ensuite with jetted soaker tub and separate, spacious walk-in shower. Turn on the gas fireplace and truly enjoy the good life.

This home is designed for luxury and your convenience. Come back from beach combing and shower off the salt spray in the outdoor shower, then slip into the hot tub and feel any lingering stress melt away. After your hot tub, escape onto the huge upstairs wraparound deck through the access off the sun room and sunbathe while you take in the ocean from a bird's eye view.

For vacation, work-from-home, or filling a gap between moving-out and moving-in, this home has everything you're looking for.

Great stay in Sooke

Weekend get away

Great home with amazing views. Our grand daughter had the best time picking up sea shells and sand crabs. We will definitely be back again.

Perfect Relaxing Waterfront Villa

We spent a week in late August at this beautiful property. Home was furnished with all the amenities you need for the perfect getaway. This home is tucked away on a small point surrounded by water. While there were only 3 of us, this home would be perfect for a large family or 3 couples. Would definitely stay there again if I find myself on Vancouver Island.

Summer vacation by the ocean

beautiful location by the ocean, always interesting things to see - good location to explore the local area but feels quite and isolated - big house easily housed 7 of us and we were very comfortable - very cool checking out the meteor shower from the hot tub. The property manager was also very responsive - would book again

Stunning property

The property is breathtaking. The house itself was stunning. Super comfortable, clean and well equipped. The view just takes your breath away. Walking along the shore each morning a finding the little crabs was fun for our boys. The location was great. With access to east spoke regional park and restaurants and stores nearby. For restaurants Stickleback as well as Hara sushi both had great food. Stacey and her team were very helpful checkin and checkout was super easy. Can’t wait to come back one day

Perfect family getaway

Fabulous property in a perfect location. So close to home, but the dead end street makes you feel that you're away from all the tourist bustle. Top notch communication and home well stocked with basic necessities. If the point out front is too windy, there's a sheltered and very quiet beach less than 100m away just through the dead end of the road.

Location superb. Very well appointed and wonderful views and immediate access onto beach. Quiet neighbourhood. Some ventilation issues in hot weather as there are no windows that open - only full length doors on both ground and upper floors. Good kitchen but limited tableware and cooking utensils if people want to cater at home. Good value for money.

Easter weekend getaway

We had a fantastic time! The location was hard to beat. Check in was super easy, house was very clean and beds were super comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub, bbq, drinking coffee in the sunroom with ocean views and just exploring the beach. Thank you for having us! I’ll definitely stay here again.

Quiet Getaway with everything we wanted for our family reunion

Such a beautiful property and a perfect location for a quiet getaway. The beach access was ideal for all of my family members from young to old. There was enough room for all of us to enjoy our privacy and then gather as a family quite comfortably in the communal spaces. The fact our dog could join us made the trip even more special. The outside areas were just as spacious and we really felt like we were staying at a villa!
