From the moment you walk through the front door, the superb ocean view will take your breath away and welcome you into this lovingly maintained residence. The entry opens to a spacious open-concept kitchen, dining area, and living room. The gorgeous kitchen features an oversized island and top-of-the-line appliances, including a Sub-Zero refrigerator, La Cornue gas range, and wine refrigerator. The dining area seats eight and opens directly onto the oceanfront deck with an outdoor kitchen.

A large sunroom spans the width of the home between the living room and the thoughtfully designed wraparound deck overlooking the ocean. The deck includes a coveted covered lounge area with two sofas, along with ample uncovered space for sunbathing and outdoor dining. The 42-inch outdoor grill is sure to please guests who enjoy cooking outside. Looking west from the deck, you can enjoy a lovely view of the Folly Beach Pier in the distance and intensely colorful sunsets on many evenings. To the east, stunning sunrises provide an equally memorable start to the day.

A short staircase from the back deck leads directly onto the powdery sand of Folly Beach, where you can walk more than two uninterrupted miles in either direction.

Down the hallway from the main living area, the primary bedroom offers a beautiful ocean view from its king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and plenty of storage. Open the bedroom windows and fall asleep to the sound of waves rolling ashore. The primary suite also includes a generously sized walk-in closet and a full-size desk for guests who need to get a little work done while enjoying Folly.

The charming second bedroom features a queen-size bed and an updated en-suite bathroom. The third and fourth bedrooms offer another queen-size bed and a double bed, respectively, and share an updated full bathroom off the hallway with a tub, shower, and 48-inch vanity.

Located just far enough from the energy of Center Street to feel like a peaceful retreat, Out of the Blue is still only a five-minute drive or leisurely bike ride from downtown Folly Beach when the mood strikes for dining, live music, or shopping.

An iron, ironing board, linens, and towels are also provided.
Contactless Check-In: This home is equipped with a keyless-entry system. Your door code will be provided before arrival.
Parking: The property offers two covered tandem parking spaces beneath the house, plus additional driveway parking for several vehicles and a golf cart.

This is a non-smoking property.
Absolutely no pets are permitted. Violation of the pet policy will result in a $1,500 fine. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy animals are not service animals under Titles II and III of the ADA and are not permitted unless the property is specifically designated in writing as “pets considered” and approved in advance by our office.
This is not a party house. The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with many full-time residents. Guests must respect the surrounding community, observe the listed maximum occupancy, and keep noise to a minimum at all times. Parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, and DJs are strictly prohibited.
The Folly Beach noise ordinance is in effect from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Your rental agreement states that use of the property may not disturb or offend surrounding residents.
The property's listed maximum occupancy may not be exceeded. Misrepresentation of occupancy or a reported disturbance may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and eviction without a refund. Violations may also result in fines of up to $1,500 per day.
To help protect our guests, neighbors, property owners, and the Folly Beach community, this home uses NoiseAware noise-monitoring technology. NoiseAware measures decibel levels only. It does not listen to or record conversations and is 100% privacy compliant. If noise exceeds the permitted level, guests may receive a courtesy text requesting that the volume be reduced before a violation occurs.
The property also has an externally facing, video-only security camera. The camera does not record sound.

Payment Policy
A 50% payment is required when placing your reservation online. The remaining 50% will automatically be charged to the card on file 60 days before check-in.
For reservations made within 60 days of arrival, the remaining balance will be charged within the next business day.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations requested at least 60 days before arrival may receive a full refund or be subject to a 7% cancellation fee, depending on the applicable reservation terms.
For cancellations made within 60 days of arrival, all payments are forfeited unless the property is re-rented and confirmed at the same rate for the canceled dates.
