Beyond the kitchen is another bedroom with a king bed that could be split into two twins, sharing the ensuite with the queen bedroom. Lastly, the main bedroom is the epitome of solace with a plush king bed, gas fireplace and TV, ensuite with grand jetted tub and shower, dual vanity, and clean finishes. Each bedroom is a gem unto itself.

Head upstairs from the kitchen to discover the oasis on the expansive rooftop patio. Unbeatable location for festival views in the summer, hiking and biking trail galore, and ease of access to the Oak Street Station for skiing to head into Mountain Village for more adventure among the San Sophia Range. Traverse Main Street for nightlife at New Sheridan Chop House, then saddle up to the bar while waiting for a late-night snack from Brown Dog Pizza. WHAT TO KNOW
- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 6 people.
- The maximum number of cars at the property is 1.
- This home does not allow pets.
- During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for a 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for an arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early.
- There is construction nearby, noise ordinance Town guidelines followed between Monday - Saturday from 9-5pm. Expected to be complete by December 2025.
- This home requires final homeowner approval to confirm any reservation.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
- Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.
