The Space
Step into the bright and welcoming open-concept living area, where warm wood accents and a gas fireplace create a cozy, inviting atmosphere. The space is perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes or a summer festival. The well-equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge, stove, and microwave, making it easy to prepare meals for the whole group.

The condo comfortably sleeps up to seven guests across three thoughtfully designed bedrooms. The spacious primary bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, while the second bedroom also offers a queen bed. The fun bunk room is a hit with kids, featuring a queen-size lower bunk and two narrower twin bunks perfect for smaller guests under five feet tall.

The unit was very quiet and I barely heard anyone from above/below. Water pressure was excellent and we were only a few minutes walk from the gondola station. I slept in the third bedroom and appreciated the darkness. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Recently constructed and beautifully built, this condo building is perfectly located right in the heart of downtown Telluride, just 2 blocks from the gondola. Countless restaurants and stores within walking distance. Our condo was beautifully decorated, perfect furniture and nicely appointed. Couldn't be happier with this vacation residence.

unit was fine. wish we had known about the noise of a unit being remodeled across plaza in the other Ballard building. found Vacasa unhelpful as we arrived early and had no place to put luggage for 4 hours.

Awesome Property

Beautiful, clean property with plenty of room for my entire 6 member family. Amazing location close to gondola and main Street. Rental company was attentive. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location

Really enjoyed the stay. Everything worked out perfectly minus not being able to check-in until 5pm instead of 4pm. The garage was convenient. Was close to gondola and so many great restaurants.

The condo was great! Close to everything, the gondola, the walking path, main street. The condo was very nice, clean, comfortable with plenty of room for the three of us that stayed there. My husband loved the steam shower. Would definitely request this place again. Parking an SUV in the designated spot in the garage was a bit tight because of the pole, but we managed with some good maneuvering. My only complaint would be that the fire in the fireplace was a little lackluster, not very pretty with the glass covering. We love a nice fire at the end of the day to kick back and relax.
