Multipurpose deluxe country property specifically designed for larger groups. Retreats, wedding groups, generational family get togethers. Each bedroom has new deluxe executive King Single Beds. Twin rooms can be zipped to make a Super King Bed. A total of 14 beds across 2 dwellings side by side - Sage Manor & Kookaburra Cottage.

Sage Manor has 6 bedrooms and sleeps 10 guests.

Kookaburra cottage is a 2-x bedroom fully self-contained cottage with fireplace 2 x toilets - sleeps up to 4 with comfortable features.

Used by the owners as a wellness retreat most months. Sage Manor is available from time to time for rental. Between the mix of large and small bedrooms (8), and all multiple relaxing spaces, big groups can either all be together or spread across the manor. The studio/conservatory is a light filled multipurpose space perfect for writers, painter or just a great room with loads of extra space.

The kitchen is fully designed for caterers and has 16 of each main Item. Plenty of platters, 2 dishwashers and new Franke appliances.

We have recommendations for local private caterers if desired.

Guests have access to the whole of the Sage Manor, Kookaburra Cottage and studio. We ask that the studio remains a place for adults only. Single driveway, and up to 8 cars easily up near the accommodation. We are fortunate to have direct access to the Mt Gibralter nature walk right at our back garden. All activities in the studio need to be mindful - no crazy kids games.

Guests are welcome to text, call if any issues arise during your stay.

Wedding groups are welcome but we have strict rules around where make up and hair are done. No spray tans on site.
